Enjoy lakefront sunsets on Highlands County's premier recreational Lake June

Our family lakefront home is waiting for you! Lake June is a 3500 sq ft sandy bottom recreational lake. Offering water sports from swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding to wake boarding or fishing. Don't forget to stop and relax at the sandbar! New boathouse and dock equipped with relaxing hammocks and lounge chairs. Catch a big bass right off the dock. Or sit and relax watching the sunset. The home has 100 feet of lake frontage, swim in the clean clear water right off the dock! Or Have breakfast on the screened patio watching our 3 resident ducks frolicking in the water. Home sleeps 6 guest. The house has 3 bedrooms. Master consist of a king bed. Guest room has two queen beds. And the third bed room has a king bed. Each bedroom has a roku tv. There is one full bathroom with a shower, and another half bath. We also have an outdoor shower.

Enjoy central AC throughout the home. The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen gadgets, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, crockpot, and margaritaville blender. Newly installed dishwasher, refrigerator, stove , and microwave. Enjoy the sunset from the living room sofa recliner while watching the 75 inch smart TV (your own login in and password needed to stream). We do not have cable tv. We have Roku tv that has tons of live channels, cbs, nbc, fox, weather and lots more. The internet is also provided via Wi-Fi. Washer and Dryer, towels and all linens are also provided.

We have added beautiful outdoor kitchen under a pergola in the backyard overlooking the lake. With a gas grill and also a large black stone griddle. Enjoy the lakeside picnic area. House is located between two popular restaurants, Jaxsons and Dock 633. We do have a blink security camera at the front of the home by the garage.

A part of waterfront Florida lake life includes enjoying the beautiful outdoors. That being said, please understand there is a potential for blind mosquitoes to be present. They can swarm and be bothersome but they normally last a day then gone. They will not bite.

As a disclaimer swimming in lakes, especially in warmer climates like Florida, can pose risks due to the potential presence of various bacteria and microorganisms.

Great location with beautiful sunsets

Great location with beautiful sunsets. The pictures on site are accurate, beautiful view with exceptional sunsets. Jamie and David were always available to answer questions and Jaime responded by text almost immediately. Only downfall is it is located on a somewhat busy street but after a couple days, we hardly noticed the traffic. We didn’t go out much due to covid, but we were right in the middle of two bar/restaurants- not even a half mile either way. Everything was there for a great vacation getaway. Biggest disappointment was they are already booked for next year so we couldn’t reserve it again!!

Fantastic House, Lovely stay

This place was wonderful. Very lovely home. Perfect for relaxation, very easy access to the lake. Lovely deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Spectacular dock to sit and enjoy amazing sunsets. Very clean house with all equipments that you need for your stay. It was wonderful Christmas and New Years Eve time to spent together with kids. The owner Jamie was wonderful and very helpful if we needed something she was right there with the advise. We will definitely be back to this placed, we could not have asked for a better area. I advice if you want a great place to stay please check this place out. We loved it !!!!

A Perfect Getaway in a Picturesque Setting

My wife and I spent 10 days at this wonderful, “Almost Heaven” home. Our host, Jamie, was fantastic and left nothing undone in preparing for our visit. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed as we took full advantage of the many amenities included with this property. Everything was perfect. Although 1100 miles from home, we were able to keep up with local news and sports through streaming on the large 65” television. We enjoyed the sunsets every evening from the wonderful boat dock, the outdoor fire pit, and/or the enclosed back porch. Because of the beauty and warmth of this home, along with the caring host, we are already repeat customers next year for 2 months instead of 10 days!

things to note.

1. Apparently, the homeowner monitors the usage on the heat & A/C. The final weekend I was there, my family kept asking me for more heat, they were cold. You showed 75*. The problem is the thermometer is right below the heat vents, so that temp is skewed. I found out the last few days, if the heat is on, I couldn't have AC. 2. Hot water takes forever to heat up. we collected lg pot in K sink. Three words.. tankless water heater. 3. TV.. you need some kind of cable. The idea of no TVS in the bedrooms was also off-putting. 4. The backyard and boat dock were full of bird poop. I broomed all the surfaces, but still wouldn't sit on them. 5. The kayak and paddle boat had the same problem, poop, not touching them Overall I loved your house. When I walked in the door, my soul sighed. So peaceful and beautiful. The house was beautifully appointed and I adored the beds. Everything was there that I could possibly need, I just needed my personal items. I hope to be able to visit your home again when I don't have to work. To be able to enjoy everything your home offers. Thank you again!!

Heaven on the lake

We loved the this property! Very beautiful house! Wonderful sunroom with views of the lake and sunsets!! The dock was a great getaway to watch boats and the water! There was a turtle who showed up everyday to peek out of the water! Lots of birds and ducks like to sit on the dock walk way. A blue heron also liked to stand on the dock way. There was plenty of dishes, spices, cookware, and appliances! The beds were comfortable! We really liked the gift basket with treats and wine!! There was plenty of room in the open kitchen, dining room and living room!! A wonderful stay for about three weeks!! We would love to stay again!!😎

Lake June Get Away

The home was just what we were looking for, quaint but with all the modern conveniences. Kitchen had everything you need to cook at home, house was immaculate, beds comfortable. The sunsets were amazing...close to groceries and a few good restaurants.

Home away from Home

The lake house is the perfect place to get away and relax. It has everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation. The lake house has plenty of space and the views are gorgeous.

Absolutely perfect

My son's and I stayed in the lake house in our transition from NY to Florida. I have to say was EXACTLY what was needed. A couple days in all life stress melted away. The sunsets are incredible swimming was a ton of fun. Things for the kids to do as well as adults to have a few drinks and relax. The home is super comfortable and feels like home. Jaime is an outstanding host!!!! Seriously, so normal was like talking to a family member instead of a stuffy host. She absolutely goes above and beyond to make sure you're good and she makes sure the house has EVERYTHING possibly needed for whatever you need to cook or do. There's utensils I've never owned myself there lol. I can't say enough how grateful I am that we stayed here and the hospitality we received. Thank you guys! Grace, Leelend,lukus,Jordan

Great place to stay!

We were here for February and part of March 2019. Great lakefront home with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well supplied with appliances and kitchenware. We enjoyed the screen porch and dock especially to watch the water birds and activities on the lake. My husband and I tried out the kayak and he fished from the dock. Jamie and David were very responsive to any question we had. We enjoyed getting around the town and the area. We are looking forward to our stay next winter already!

Stunning Sunsets, Beautiful Decor,Look NO FURTHER !

The pictures you see ARE REAL ! My sister and I came to Lake June to relax and do some fishing. We joked as to whether the house would REALLY look as advertised...much to our surprise..IT WAS BETTER !! The Owners must cook because we needed nothing in the kitchen, so well stocked, quality and cleanliness were top notch! The beds were high quality, linens were cozy and smelled so fresh ! We had a smile on our faces from the moment we hit Lake June Road ! Great houses nearby, quiet in the evenings and tons of Lakes and Ponds to check out. Miles of orange groves, friendly local people, food stores 5 mins away. I loved this home, the location and the Owners were the real deal. Entirely dedicated to our every need. The sunsets....most beautiful I have ever seen anywhere in the US...and I travel ALOT. We sat on the dock/ deck early morning with a cup of Joe planning our day, and relaxed with a cocktail at the end if the day. Warm winds, friendly waves from boating neighbors, truly,truly a joyful trip. Dont miss out on this house! I'll be back I promise you that !! Cheers to the Beauregards !!
