This is a spacious 2 level unit that sleeps 8 comfortably. The bedrooms are downstairs and living area on the top floor. You will see a jacuzzi on the balcony but it is not up to code and it is not operational.

Unit bedding arrangements: The master bedroom has a king size bed with the 2nd bedroom having a queen bed and bunk beds. The living room upstairs has a pull out sofa bed, serves as an extra sleeping area.

Unit amenities: The living room and master bedroom has a TV and blue ray players. This unit also offers private secured WIFI and with Sierra Star golf course as your back drop. Perfect after a day of skiing or hiking! a full kitchen where you can cook to your hearts content. Washer and dryer located in the unit.

You will see a jacuzzi on the balcony but it is not up to code and it is not operational.

Complex amenities: It's a short shuttle ride to Eagle Lodge, near Sierra Star Golf course and a short drive into town.

Visiting mammoth

The only good thing I can say is the beds were good. The water pressure was good, but the condo is very old and not very clean and smells like mold. Also tried to use the vacuum. It smelled really bad carpet in the bathrooms.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the pictures do not do it justice!! I didn't think it would be as nice as it was. We were able to park right in front of our place as well. We had a wonderful trip. The only thing is someone had smoked on the balcony before our trip and the cleaning people didn't pick it up. We left it there because we didn't even use the balcony.

Not Worth It

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed at this unit at the same time of year for several years and each year, it got worse. The only reason we came back was it was pet friendly having an easy back door for quick use. 1st Problem - The condo association is NOT supportive anymore for rentals and clearly is hoping to turn it to owner only. On our 3rd morning of 7 days, we were informed by a man yelling at us through a window that they were doing construction and we couldn't be there during the day for at least 3 days. 2nd - the condo has had ZERO repairs or upkeep. The front bedroom window is rotted, screen broken and fell out attempting to open it so you had no breeze day or night. The main bedroom toilet seat is broken. BROKEN. Blinds upstairs falling apart & there are several outlets exposed and dangerous. Carpet- can't be cleaned anymore. You don't want to walk on it without shoes. We moved to another condo on day 3 through another rental company. It was pet friendly, back door AND clean and safe. NEVER GOING BACK.

While the pictures show it to be dated with older looking furniture and decor, everything was very comfortable and worked great. The condo was bigger than expected, had a great location, and was pet friendly. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and cozy.

The condo had everything we needed. Even though it isn’t updated everything worked good. The kitchen had everything for cooking. The beds were comfortable. It was unfortunate to not have the hot tub working but the fireplace was warm and cozy. I really enjoyed the warming blankets at night. Having three full bathrooms was a plus too.

Unacceptable

What was the owner thinking? Not very trustworthy when offering a condo for rent without a working refrigerator/freezer and then leaving a filthy moldy small portable refrigerator to use in its place. Management was very helpful in finding us a nicer place with new appliances but what an inconvenience to repack everything and move. We requested a refund from the owner but received a 15% discount. Very disappointing vacation experience.

Great place to stay.... if you don’t need a refrigerator

Great condo, very roomy and location. Only one defect on my stay there is the refrigerator. It hand mold and didn’t work. SMH! So stayed in this condo for 3 days with no refrigerator. Other than that issue everything else was good.

Conveniently located to the market, and walking distance to snow play. Any questions I had were answered quickly, no maintenance issues. It is an older condo, but fit the needs of my family of 5 perfectly.

Great location

Location of the property was in a perfect spot if you're snowboarding. Super close to The Village and Vons, in a nice neighborhood. Some features/appliances in the home are a bit outdated but we were able to work around them. Loved the fireplace. Backyard has/had a nice view, unfortunately there were loud construction workers there everyday starting at 7:30am who can see into the cabin, which will mean that view/privacy is going to be gone soon.

Late summer Mtn Bike Trip

Property was comfortable and pretty much as advertised considering the cost for the time of year and demand for vacation properties during C-19 craziness. Property is very convenient and close to all the major attractionS that Mammoth has to offer. Only 10 mins to the mountain or the lakes make it very convenient. The property is part of an older development and it shows a bit. Overall it’s a nice option especially if you have a pet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice had a retro feel good space and parking had all the essentials needed to cook and prepare your food. We did have some issues the remote for the tv in bedroom didn’t work properly unable to change channels and it wasn’t the batteries the sofa was full of dust Mabey need to put more pressure on the cleaning crews? The rear porches and decks weren’t swept 🧹 but these are easy fixes owners should invest a little more into this unit we had a hot water heater go out on last day of stay but the rental agent and her husband came out that night to see if they could fix I really appreciated that . I would book with MMR again and would stay in same unit if the owners would invest into updating some of the comforts there overall we coming here every year and the reservation company really cares about there customers we know sometimes things break it’s normal we just thankful it didn’t ruined our stay.

Love the location for summer use as it is just behind a great trail that goes through mammoth. Lovely to walk on with the dogs - couldn't ask for better! The condo is VERY affordable so no complaints as the condo was exactly what you expect for the price! We really appreciated that and overall - can't wait to go back! I only have 2 recommendations...1 Clean the carpets. They look original and I understand it is pricey to put in hardwood so regular cleanings would be helpful. The master bathroom toilet needs replacing. It flushes but it really makes you nervous and when on vacation, that isn't a 'surprise' you want to come back to. But again, for dog friendly and the price... I will be back as everything else really was great!

Our stay was very nice. The toilet seat in bedroom with bunk beds was cracked when we got there. This property could use a new dining set. Chairs and table were not in best condition.

Spacious, pet-friendly condo with a great location!

This was perfect for our family of five and our dog. There was plenty of space, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The management was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. It is an older unit and looks a little outdated but this is not important to us. We went to Mammoth to ski and enjoy the town. It was nice to have wi-fi. Our kids were able to watch a movie at night on Netflix in front of the fire. We were able to ski to the bus stop from our front door in about 5-10 minutes. Everything was so convenient and we would definitely stay here again.
