Holiday home 8 people in a Savoyard village near Albertville

The house, quiet and spacious, built in 1975 is about 120 m² on 2 levels. Large terrace and lawned garden. It has a capacity of 8 people (plus the place for beds "umbrella"), which is divided into 2 rooms with double beds, and a large room on the ground floor with a double bed, two single beds and a child's bed. Large wardrobes and wardrobes available ...

The living rooms are upstairs, accessed by two means: an external staircase and an internal staircase.
The main room of 35 m² is very bright and comfortable, with mountain views.
The "lounge" part has a sofa and two armchairs. It is equipped with a large screen TV. Access to the large terrace (10 m²) is either by the kitchen, either through a picture window overlooking the mountain called "Belle Etoile" and on the Combe de Savoie.

The dining area consists of a large closet, a dresser and a large table that seats 6 people, or 10 with its extensions. It is lit by two windows overlooking the mountains.

The kitchen is 9 m². It is equipped with a ceramic hob with electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and large closets to store dishes. It has an access door to the terrace and a window overlooking the Belle Etoile.

The bathroom has a bath and sink, bathroom cabinet with mirrors and large closet. The toilets are separated.
There are two bedrooms upstairs:
- The master bedroom is about 15 m². It has an electric bed (multi-position) for 2 persons. A large closet and wardrobe will allow you to store your clothes and suitcases. A large window overlooks the mountain.
- The second bedroom: smaller (about 9 m²) has a bed for 2 people, a large closet for clothes and suitcases.

All these rooms are serviced by a large hall.

On the ground floor, a hall leads to a laundry room (washing machine, laundry son) with shower, toilet and a large room with a bed for 2 people and a bed 1 person.
Access to the garden by a door.

The house is comfortable, well heated (included in the rental price), bed linen (sheets, blankets and pillows) and house (cloths and hand towels) are provided without charge. For cons, the towels are not provided.
The appliances (washing machine, dishwasher) was renewed in June 2016
Television (large flat screen) has égalmement was acquired in June 2016.
The condensing boiler was installed in July 2014

A large parking area allows to accommodate many vehicles outside the house. Except in the winter lorque snow is plentiful! On request, the garage can be made available.

Non-compulsory cleaning fee of 50 € (in the clear, either you leave the house in the state where you found it, or you pay a participation of 50 €)

The house is located in the center of Mercury's capital.
The village has a few small shops: a quality butcher, deli-bakery (organic bread renamed, cooked over a wood fire) and a second bakery. (Meringues of all colors and flavors).
The village is located 550 meters above sea level and just above, at 7 kms, is the Tamie Pass (elevation 900 meters) and the place says "Teppes" (9 kms from the villa - altitude 1100 meters) This is a must start site for walking in the path of the mountain called "the stars"
The neck of Tamie is a passage, a natural route providing fast possibility to reach the Haute Savoie (walks in Seythenex, Annecy with its lake ...)
Mercury is close to Albertville: 7 km (5 km of Gilly sur Isère and its beautiful swimming pool, 10 kms from the medieval town of Conflans)

The hiring is in a quiet street with 3 other houses.
From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains and near the close (the cows are frequently in parks, 9 months in the year)
In the village, it is possible to practice tennis (two courts) A body of water allows for mini walks. (800 meters from the house)
Located in the heart of the Bauges, close to the Mercury National Park is authentic Savoyard village, composed of many hamlets. It is a gazebo that overlooks the Isère valley and the Albertvilloise plain, with stunning views of Mont Blanc. (Especially behind the church ...)
