Come and enjoy the magnificent views from Almost Heaven "The Cliffs". You are 2 miles from Ski Cataloochee.

Home is Motorcycle accessible. There is a garage for motorcycles with buckets and towels to keep them clean and shiny!

You can sit on the deck and see for miles and miles. Breathtaking and amazing. Enjoy the rockers on the deck. This 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath home lacks nothing. The main floor has 2 bedrooms (Master w/king bed) (2nd bedroom w/Queen Bed), 2 bathrooms and a Great Room (which is on the upper level and you must go up a flight of stairs to get to main level). Enjoy the gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs you can send the kids/in-laws/or grandparents to enjoy their own private area. Downstairs has the 3rd bedroom w/queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen/living room area along with a family room. There are 2 sleeps sofas one upstairs and one downstairs too. Plenty of area for family reunions and everyone having their space to themselves. Gas grill for your cooking pleasures. Enjoy your coffee in the morning casting your views across the mountains. Even though you are close to the ski resort, Cherokee, Ashville, Waynesville, and Gatlinburg, TN, you may never want to leave. But, if you do, there is plenty to do and enjoy for your day trips and think of the peaceful place to call home when you come back at the end of a long day.

PARKING for 3 vehicles stacked in the driveway area only. May have a small vehicle in garage.

PETS CONSIDERED - Must have prior approval. Limit 2 pets and 35-40 lbs. Pets are to stay on the main upstairs floor. Downstairs is carpeted. Up-to-date on shots, housebroken and pick-up after pet. DOGS ONLY

The cabin is located in a nice neighborhood, it has a good layout & it has beautiful views from the front porch. Definitely a great location. The disappointment was on the cleaning. There was dog hair on the bed sheets, pillow covers & carpets. Some bed sheets did not look clean and we actually had to spend time washing all the bed linens. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty & one of the toilet seats was dirty also. There's dust everywhere & soda bottles under the beds. We have been going to Maggie Valley for 14 years & this has been the dirties so far.

Wonderful Smoky Mountains base

My family loved our stay here. There were four adults and four children with plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean. We loved to sit on the deck and look at the beautiful mountain view. We explored the national park and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It’s about 15 minutes to Waynesville to stock up on groceries. Communication with the owner was excellent. We definitely plan to come back here again.

Great place for family

The view was amazing. The downstairs was perfect for my mother-in-law and her boyfriend. I would recommend this place. The downstairs futon/couch had a sign that it was broke so we did not try to open it but we had plenty of sleeping spots. The beds were very comfortable.

2nd time

This was our second time staying here. Great upstairs/downstairs if you have teenagers or two families. Wonderful Mountain View's. Just at the bottom of the mountain if you are going skiing. Close to all the things to do.

Holiday Ski Retreat

The house and location are beautiful and convenient. We had a wonderful trip. There was plenty of space, we had lots of home cooked meals, and even saw an elk on the property. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation Home

We really enjoyed our stay at Almost Heaven “The Cliffs”. The views off the deck were great, and the cabin was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable. There is a wall hanging of a bear in the hallway that we really liked. When we contacted Kathy Brrown the property manager to ask about it, she went out of her way to contact the housekeeper who had purchased it to tell us where she had got it (a gift shop in Cherokee).

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay so much!! The downstairs was perfect for my son, his wife and four month old baby. The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall this was a perfect trip!!!

More than we expected

We stayed in the cabin for our annual family vacation in Maggie Valley. The cabin was very clean and large enough to accommodate our whole family. It was just like being at home. We hope to stay again soon. Thank you!!

Very Homey and Comfortable!

This cabin was great to stay at. The view is spectacular! It was very clean. It was a lot larger than I thought. The master bed was very comfortable. I loved this area and everyone was very friendly.

Perfect Getaway

The property was wonderful, very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The house exceeded our expectations, the views were spectacular the location was easy to get to. We couldnt have been more happy with the property. The check in and out process was simple, the owner/property manager were great to deal with. I would certainly reccomend this property to anyone looking for the perfect place. The worst part about the trip was having to leave! 5 Stars for us!!!

Christmas in the Mountains

This cabin was ideal for our family Christmas in the mountains! The location was so close to everything; we were hoping for snow, as it is minutes from the ski resort. The cabin is well equipped with everything needed for preparing meals and plenty of room for the extended family. It was great having a washer/dryer, as well as dishwasher. The place has all the conveniences of home! We felt welcome immediately with all the holiday decor throughout the cabin. Two Christmas trees and little touches throughout! Truly provided a homey place for holiday! The cabin’s split floor plan is so spacious! We loved the front porches and taking in the Mountain View’s. Highly recommend Almost Heaven for your next mountain get away! We look forward to our next visit.

Motorcycle Cabin

Excellent cabin, plenty of room, two complete kitchens, perfect for two families. Has a garage to keep bikes in, will never stay anywhere else, that does not have a garage.

Heavenly Views

The view is so great it is hard to leave the cabin. On a rainy day no problems the porch is still the place to be. Perfect relaxing getaway. Hope to return soon!

So great that we extended!

The property was even better than pictured! The views from the double porch alone make this place worth the visit. The space was so well cared for and worked great for us for our 3 week long stay in Maggie Valley. The internet was extremely reliable and fast, which made working remotely so easy. The location is great, close to everything in Waynesville and great hiking. Can't wait to come back for a second visit!

Great stay

A great house for myself, wife, toddler, and dog. A little bigger than we needed (as we didn’t utilize the downstairs) but really appreciated the large deck with fairly private backyard. Was closer to several other houses than expected, but still a good quiet cul-de-sac. but Quick to get in and out of town and a good central location for lots of hikes. House was in good shape and clean upon arrival. It was well stocked with utensils and cooking items. Hosts were easy to get a hold of for some clarifications and additional specifics.

New Year’s in the mountains

Everything was as listed! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to make your own meals if you wanted. It is also very conveniently located close to local restaurants and tube world. We would definitely highly recommend.

A White Christmas in Almost Heaven

The cabin was the perfect gathering place for our family and waking up to a white Christmas made it even more perfect. The only downside was the lack of heat in the lower level. The fireplace wasn't working and the central heating system didn't reach downstairs unless it was overly hot upstairs. We appreciated the mini heating unit but one was not sufficient. This hiccup, however, did not ruin our holiday. You have a beautiful cabin, well supplied, well kept and the attention you've given us is commendable.
