Beautiful 3 bed/2 bath home in one of the best locations in Cape Coral

Open airy great room with a smart TV, extra large kitchen with upscale stainless appliances and granite tops, tiles thru out, glass sliding doors to a tiled lanai and hitted screened swimming pool. Propane gas grill provided.
In the kitchen you will find all necessities for preparing your own meal including coffeemaker, blender and toaster. The laundry room has washer and dryer, Every room has ceiling fan.
Master bedroom retreat with a queen bed, TV, sliding door to the lanai,and an suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, bath tub, two sinks, and separate toilette room, his and her closets. In opposite side you will find two guests bedrooms with sets of two tween beds, king bed, TV, bathroom with a tub/ shower combo , and closet with towels. Home is in excellent condition and nicely decorated.
We are pet friendly. $200 pet fee applies at booking .
The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
It 's only 1/4 mile from salt water boat ramp, 1/2 mile from Pine Island shopping, dining, and fishing area, 1/4 mile from Publix, Walgreen s , Walmart, Kohls stores and restaurants. 45 min from Fort Myers Beach, 1 hour from Sanibel Island and Naples. Nearby you will find park with recreation and kids playground.

Fabulous!

The property was perfect. Lots of room to hang out with local family. Grandkids loved the pool (and so did we!) Good, safe location. All the needed amenities were in the house. Would definitely rent again.

Very accommodating

Doug and Natalyia are fantastic. They took the time to walk us through the home when we arrived and were very flexible with accommodations. The home is very clean and has the basic supplies you need. It’s also in a nice, quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Great location

We were in Cape Coral to visit friends. This house has a great layout for a family or adults. The primary bedroom is on one side of the house snd on the other side is a large bedroom with a king bed, a bathroom and another bedroom with two twin beds. The lanai area and pool area was very nice. The house was very clean. The hosts were great and made sure we knew they were available 24/7. The location to Matlacha, Piine Island, Cape Coral, and Ft. Myers was perfect. We highly recommend staying here.

Very nice location!

Traveled with family (4 kids). Really enjoyed the stay, the house and neighbor hood were very beautiful. Kids really had a good time with the pool and there were plenty of towels provided by the host. The host was very accommodating and just a phone call away 24/7 for any questions I had. Would definitely consider another stay at the property.

We rented this property that was down the street from family, as we were in town for a celebration of life and Easter. The property is very clean and has everything one needs. The pool area is so nice. We enjoyed our time and were able to relax. Thank you for a nice stay.

we absolutely found this property perfect for us! exactly what we were looking for as it was very close to a boat ramp and very very clean and made us comfortable the minute we walked in. Great location but a lot of construction around. Did not keep us from going anywhere. Publix and Walgreens very close. We were provided with everything to get started.

The listing matched the property, we were taken back by a demand for the pet deposit in cash instead of thru the Vrbo app. We were told that the Vrbo app would charge a $40 surcharge so it would be better to pay them in cash. We refused and 15 minutes later the charge showed up on the app without the surcharge and we paid it thru the app.

Wonderful Get Away

I needed to get away for several days. I chose Christmas weekend 2021 for my trip. Long hours of work and just the whole pandemic and craziness of the last 18 months had taken its toll. Cape Coral was my destination of choice this time. This beautiful house was just the perfect place for me. And for my dog Merlin. The house is really wonderful with an open architecture and convenient layout. We loved the large kitchen and the big living room. Our bedroom was spacious, the master bath incredible. The entire house was spotless, immaculate. Merlin snd I enjoyed the peace and quiet, the perfect weather, the fantastic accommodations and the friendly neighborhood. We hope to come back again soon.

Family Reunion

This property had everything! The house has a great layout and was nice and clean. It was perfectly located for our visit with family - close to food shopping, beach and anywhere else. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room with plenty of seats, comfortable beds with soft linens, great pool and attentive owner. We will stay here again.

As the saying would go, staying at this home was “exaxtky what the doctor ordered.” It is in a great neighborhood and not far all kinds of fun things to do and see. The house was clean, the beds are comfortable and the pool was fantastic! I would recommend this place without hesitation. I hope we get tbe opportunity to go back.

Peaceful Stay

The property was lovely. Very clean. The property owners were very accommodating and made themselves available if we had any needs during our stay. The only thing that would have made it better for me was tv in the bedroom. I like to watch tv in bed. Other then that we had everything we needed

Very good experience.

A wonderful weekend in a great and confortable house. Although we arrived late, Douglas and his wife waited for us and showed the house. That was very nice. The pool was great, and the neighborhood very quiet.

It was absolutely beautiful, clean and felt like home away from home absolutely wonderful place.

The home and pool area was exactly as I expected very beautiful and clean and so so peaceful so if you are wanting to sit by pool at night in peace and quiet this is the place for you I would highly recommend it and the owners are the nicest as well and will be there if u need anything we enjoyed our stay.

Family vacay

Getaway for a few days with my family and pets. Doug and Natalya were excellent hosts. Property was very clean and owners responded immediately if we needed anything. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend staying here.
