Pull up to our brand-new, sun-drenched vacation home and transcend to instant chill and unwind mode! Our always-sunny screened-in pool lanai is the perfect place to catch some rays, sip on a frozen bevie, make a splash, fire up the grill or just do your best starfish impression and lounge by our electric-heated pool! You'll find everything you need for outdoor dining and entertainment, including a gas BBQ grill and plenty of seating/lounging options (sun and shade) and an outdoor TV. Inside, the bedrooms feature modern furnishings, large beds, and ample storage space for your belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the must-have gadgets and kitchenwares. Master bath boasts huge walk-thru shower, 2 vanities, and grand soak-in tub. In-residence laundry room equipped with full-sized washer and dryer. Linens and towels provided. Located on a quiet street in the highly coveted Southwest Cape area, convenient access to Cape Coral hotspots, downtown Fort Myers, and the nearby islands of Pine, Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach.

This was our first Vrbo stay, though we've done a few AirB&B's before. It just felt like having guests at this house was an after-thought for the property owner. The lighting in the master was very poor -- a small lamp on the floor on one side of the bed that was clearly supposed to sit on a nightstand, and it had a lampshade that wasn't made for it. Only one nightstand for a king-size bed isn't enough. I had to set my water bottle and cell phone on the window sill next to the bed. We had to buy toilet paper while we were there because there we not enough provided - never had to do that before. We used all three dishwasher tabs that were left under the kitchen sink. I guess it's a good thing we weren't at the house very much or we would have had to buy dish tabs too. I fully understand that it's not the job of the property owner to provide everything needed during our stay. But I also know that previous guests bought these things and left them for the next visitor. Where did they go? Make sure they are left for the next guest. Same goes for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, fabric softener, toilet paper, etc. There was a cabinet in the kitchen full of leftover food from previous guests, so clearly the property manager/owner knows that leaving things for the next guest is a good idea. Also, the box by the pool with "pool toys" had four inflatables with holes. I asked the prop manager to get us four new ones -- he said no. And the front door lock broke. Mediocre.

Literally the best time and greatest experience

We recently had the most fantastic vacation experience! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The booking process was a breeze, and the website's user-friendly interface made it effortless to find the perfect accommodation for my family and me. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful and well-maintained property that exceeded our expectations. It was evident that the owner took great pride in their vacation home. The amenities were impeccable, and everything was clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay from the moment we stepped in. During our stay, we were blown away by the breathtaking location and the convenience of nearby attractions. The property was strategically located, offering picturesque views and easy access to local hotspots, making our exploration a delight. Moreover, the property manger Lexi provided exceptional customer service. She were attentive and responsive to our needs, the AC control was not the easiest to figure out but Lexi FaceTimed me and shown me exactly what to do. It's evident that she genuinely cared about her customers and go the extra mile to make the experience memorable. I must not forget to mention how incredible the pool was! It was the perfect oasis on hot days, providing hours of fun and relaxation for everyone. The well-maintained pool area was inviting and offered a great space to unwind after a day of exploration. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation rental experience.

This was my first time renting a house and I was impressed. Beautiful clean quiet neighborhood. I felt very comfortable, like i was in my own house. I would definitely rent this house again when i go back.

Nice, but not great!

Had a hard time finding the lock box and a difficult time opening it. Primary suite needs more furnishings: a night stand on both sides of the king bed and lamps on both night stands and a chair or bench seating would have been nice. Toilets are too low and need the soft close feature on the seats. TVs were a nightmare to use: couldn't find ABC, CBS, NBC or PBS local affiliates and no sleep timer. No lamps in the living area and living room furniture is too low and too deep and it needs a chair. Guide book has not been updated since 2018, recycling showed up a day late or the schedule was changed. Unscented Tide would have been preferred, we bought our own. Pillows were ridiculously flat and too small. Would have liked 100% cotton sheets. The pool guy never showed, the pool had algae in it and the water level dropped. Pool furniture was uncomfortable, unable to turnover on the chaise lounges. We liked the layout of the house. Kitchen was great! Can't see any reason to come back

Great Place to Stay

We loved this place. It was the perfect size for 3 ladies. The pool was warm and outdoor area was very relaxing and convenient for morning coffee and evening lounging. Easy to get to the places and restaurants we wanted to visit. I would highly recommend this pporperty for your stay.

Fantastic stay.

We rented this home in mid-January, just my husband and I, and we had a great, quiet private, relaxing time. The house was clean. Smells fantastic, great job picking the right scents for each room loved it. Everything was functional in the place; the Kitchen was well equipped and clean, very spacious. The pool is heated and clean we spend all our time in there. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. And the host was always a text away and answered right away; very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to book for two or a small family, I highly recommend this house. Favorite vacation home every time we visit Cape Coral.
