Roomy open house DIRECTLY on the CRYSTAL CLEAR Ichetucknee Springs River. Large grassy yard. Ample parking available. Kayak and tubes available for registered guests. Long beautiful boardwalk to Ichetucknee River. Large sitting area at end of dock. Large screened/covered gathering area under house for cookout. Large deck overlooking grounds.

NO ATVS OR GOLF CARTS ALLOWED AT THIS LOCATION

Perfect riverside getaway. Quiet comfortable house set aside a clear-blue Spring Fed River. Tall, ancient Cypress trees surround and shade you as you disconnect and explore nature.
This house is furnished with relaxation and unplugging in mind. Enough room for the family, but cozy enough for a couples getaway. TV with internet is available. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and most other apps included.
Swimming, tubing, snorkeling all available right from this home. Kayak, tubes and other water accessories available on site.
Close to numerous Springs and State Parks for tubing and other floating activities.
If you re in the mood to explore a new area, Historic towns are just a short drive away. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment all nearby in High Springs and Branford.

Our stay at the Coppertop Inn was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the thoughtfulness and care put into every detail. The house was impeccably equipped, going far beyond the basics. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need to cook meals, and the coffee station was a dream with multiple brewing options. We were so grateful for the incredibly comfortable beds and pillows which seems like a rarity at most rentals/hotels. The true highlight was the incredible access to the outdoors. The hosts provided a fleet of kayaks and floats, which made our trips to the legendary Ichetucknee River effortless and so much fun. Being so close to the river was an absolute dream come true.The hosts genuinely went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their communication was excellent, and their extra touches made us feel truly welcome. We cannot recommend Coppertop Inn highly enough and hope to return ourselves someday!

Beautiful, river front location. Clear water off the dock, nature lovers paradise. Close to Suwannee & Santa Fe springs. House is very well stocked with kayaks, tubes, floats, etc. House is well stocked and clean. Nice gas grill, fire pit, large private yard. Host is friendly & helpful. 5 stars.

Wow, clear water and pet friendly! You can't get better than this place! Beautiful house and grounds, and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. They have everything you need from kayaks, floats, life vests, and Keurig. If you forgot it, they have it. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Check in was a breeze. House was as listed. Kitchen was full of every utensil you needed to cook. IGA was about 15 minutes away and had pretty much anything you needed. Will stay again! Best spring/river in Florida!

Making Memories

Another great stay at Coppertop

I've always enjoyed staying here. This stay was great. The communication was easy and they were very responsive. I noticed several upgrades and the home looks and feels great. I was happy to see the home survived the brutal storms last year relatively unscathed. It was a very cozy stay with all that we needed. Thank you.

Great Location on the Ichnetuckee

I had a great stay at the Coppertop. Myself and my brother paddled nearly 20 miles in two days from this location at the confluence of the Ichnetuckee and Sante Fe Rivers. The house is in good condition and had all the things we needed to make it a great trip.

Amazing location and beautiful property

An amazing location, beautiful property in a wonderful waterfront location. The dock out to the river amongst cypress trees was incredible. Deer, owls, hawks etc. showed up on the property. S’mores in the fireplace downstairs at night was the perfect ending for each day. We will be back in the summer

Copper Top delivers

Needed a retreat and Copper Top delivered. If you love the water, crystal clear crisp water , this is the place for you. Very nice deck and dock. Santa Fe River where we saw an otter is a short paddle away. We enjoyed the Ichetuknee, Santa Fe and Suwanee Rivers as well as several springs. The Little River Springs was our Fave. Super nice owners, we will be back.

Best stay ever

The Copper Top Inn was excellent! Beautiful views in all directions, great area to swim and play in the crystal clear water of the Itchetucknee River. Everything we needed was provided. We had the best time ever!

Best river house ever!

Michelle & Jeff are excellent hosts and did everything to make our stay perfect. The house is super clean, no musty odor. Plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped, grill outside works. Thanks for the extra supplies in the bathroom! There are plenty of toiletries if you forget yours (I’m talking to you, men) and extra TP. The bed was soft for me but comfortable. Sooooo quiet! I slept great. The lamps with outlets and USB ports; are wonderful! But the real star of the show; the river! You have to paddle/pull the kayaks to the water. So worth it! The floating dock made it easy to get in and out of kayaks and we were able to stand in the amazing water, perfect to cool off after we paddled upstream. Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck were doable in July heat because of the cool river. What could have been better: Not much! I would have liked a night light or two; there was one in the bathroom but it didn’t work. A few more hangers. One of the single kayaks was perfect and the other one had stuck foot pedals so Jeff dropped us off another one. These are two of the best kayaks we’ve ever used, BTW. Make sure you paddle downstream a bit to see the Ichetucknee and the Santa Fe meet. It’s amazing! I found a fun thrift store in High Springs, I loved Lanza Gallery and Art Supplies. The High Springs Brewing Company and Great Outdoors Restaurant in High Springs were both delightful, we didn’t get to try other places to eat. Guess we have to come back!

GREAT GET-A-WAY

Truly enjoyed our time at Copper Top !!! So much so we stayed an extra night. Relaxing, kayaking, horseback riding and just enjoying the great outdoors. Highly recommend Copper Top !!!

Perfect River Getaway

This was an amazing property. My family enjoyed spending the week swimming, kayaking, tubing, fishing, and observing all of the wildlife. This was a great place to stay to enjoy the Ichetucknee river!

Peaceful and relaxing weekend

Our stay at The Coppertop Inn was great. The house was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our long weekend. The property was peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking and sitting on the dock watching the river float by, and sitting by the fire in the screened in porch. The owners were very helpful in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you!!
