Nestled on a lot with direct access to the river, you'll enjoy stunning views from the comfort of the living room or outdoor deck. The interior of the home is cozy and comfortable, with two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four guests– plus a pullout queen sofa that can sleep an extra two. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby parks and trails. Enjoy a game of pool with family and friends in the game corner of the living room, which looks out onto the river! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area. Take a canoe or kayak trip down the Santa Fe River, or explore the nearby parks and trails. Tubing and fishing are also popular activities in our neck of the woods. With its natural beauty and peaceful ambiance, our retreat on the Santa Fe River is the perfect destination for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

We are close to many local springs, including Ginnie Springs (19 minute drive), Ichetucknee Springs (22 minute drive), and Blue Springs (20 minute drive.) There are also pontoon boat and jetski rentals available approximately 13 minutes away.

Pets are allowed with an additional $100 pet fee per animal.

We are next door to a boat ramp.

Please be aware that as our home is located in a natural setting on the Santa Fe River, it is not uncommon to encounter snakes, insects, and other wild animals during your stay. We recommend that you take appropriate precautions and exercise caution when exploring the surrounding area.
