A single street lined with picturesque beach cottages ends with an oceanfront community pool, pavilion and boardwalk directly to the beach. The community features an oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, and uniquely designed, colorful beach cottages.

Only one of three oceanfront cottages in Coast Cottages, Seagate offers breath-taking views from many rooms inside the home as well as the balconies and rooftop deck. You will also enjoy the convenience of being steps away from the community pool and the private boardwalk to the beach.
With four bedrooms and three baths, Seagate comfortably sleeps 8. The first bedroom upon entering the home features two twin beds with TV perfect for the little ones! Just across the hall Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and mounted TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom making it ideal for siblings or families traveling with children. Bedroom 3 has a comfortable king bed with its own private en suite bath and a flat screen TV. The master suite occupies the entire third floor, features a king size bed, full bath with double vanity, separate shower and a claw foot slipper tub. Relax in your private sitting area with flat screen TV and an ocean view balcony where you can watch the sunrise over morning coffee.

The kitchen, living and dining areas are all on the middle floor, each floor also has access to a balcony. The kitchen is recently updated and fully equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect, including a double oven, gas range and granite counters. The living room is beautifully furnished and features a fireplace, flat screen TV, Blue-ray DVD & wireless internet. The dining room overlooks the pools, pavilion and St. Simons shoreline with breezy balconies off either side, with one for outdoor dining. The home is equipped with every convenience you can imagine, including a 3-stop elevator, 5 flat screen TV's, blue ray DVD, gas grill, high quality water dispenser, ice maker, and lots more. Enjoy Hulu Live TV on all TVs through out the house in the place of traditional cable.

Please note that this property does have a doorbell camera for security purposes. Also, thermostats can not be set lower than 70 degrees.

The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day. Please inquire for details.

Please note that the occupancy limit for the home also represents your occupancy limit for the common areas. In addition this property STRICTLY prohibits any parties, events, gatherings that would exceed the occupancy of the home.
Parking for this cottage is limited to 2 spaces. This policy is not flexible and management is not responsible for locating additional spaces.
