Newly renovated and decorated 1 BED/1 BATH high rise condo in Downtown Atlanta on Peachtree St.

Located within walking distance to the biggest attractions in Atlanta, MB Stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, America's Mart, Georgia World Congress Center and more!

Explore nearby restaurants, concerts, nightclubs, bars, attractions, you name it! Perfect whether you are visiting for business or fun. We have tastefully designed this space with YOU in mind.

We have recently renovated and decorated our downtown condo!

Enjoy the brand new furniture, bed, mattress, and features galore. Each room counts with its own 60" 4K TV loaded with different streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, CineMax, YouTube TV, as well as free high-speed internet for your entertainment during your stay.

Our space is a large 1 bed/1bathroom in which there is 1 (one) ultra-comfy King-size bed and 1 (one) king-size OFF the floor inflatable mattress. There is a work area included as well.

We have an updated, fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. We spared no expense in turning our condo into a great experience during your stay away from home.

Whether visiting for business, leisure or simply staying the night, you will find yourself in the middle of it all.

- Covered public parking is located next to the building for $10.00 daily rate and $20 for overnight

- A clean apartment with all essentials (shampoo, soap, towels, linens, A/C, heat, bed sheets, pillows)

- Two 60" 4K TVs, one in the bedroom and living room. Free high-speed internet included during your stay

Unfortunately, NO pets are allowed. This is not our policy but rather, the building's policy.

Great for a quick trip!

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend while I had a business trip - I LOVED how convenient it was to great food. We parked next door in the garage and had no issues getting in and out. Thanks for a great stay!

What a beautiful condo! It was impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Marcos always responded super fast to any questions I had. I felt safe because an access card is needed to access the elevators, and there are attendants at the front desk 24/7. I will absolutely stay here again when I travel to Atlanta.

Be careful.

The apartment was good, but that's the only thing that was good. No safe and attended parking is provided, even for a fee. We had our vehicle vandalized on the first night and we found a loaded weapon in the car left by the assailant. It was turned over to the Atlanta Police. The hallway had puke on the floor on the way to the room that was still there the next day. When we finished with the police we left the property early to go to safer accommodations. It would seem that out of state license plates invite an inspection from the local criminal element. And without any other means of entry, they break the windows to get in. In the daylight, we saw several piles of broken glass. Not easy to see in the dark. The puke was not the hosts fault, and the room was decent. I would just caution anyone thinking of using this property to be aware. The homeless population was out in force when we arrived and we had to turn down several pleas for money. Not super threatening but very frightening to the weaker among us. There are steps to the front door for check in and nowhere to unload your luggage near the door. Just inconvenient, and if you arrive after dark, you may be approached aggressively for hand outs. Close to everything we should have been doing, but we had to get my vehicle repaired and arrange a rental car and then meet up with the police after we found a ditched weapon. We did not ask for anything from the host and he is a gentleman, and I do not wish to ruin his ability to operate. But this information needs to out there so that others don't walk in to this situation blindly.

Amazing Property Close to Everything!

The condo was fantastic! Everything was seamless from booking to check in. Communication with the owner was great. Very quick to respond and even helped with an early check in. The condo is very modern and clean. The bed is super comfortable! The condo has everything you need for your stay. I do recommend NOT using the parking behind the property. My windows were smashed out of my car and everything inside was taken. Definitely find covered secured parking. That has nothing to do with the condo. That was my choice to park there. Just a heads up for anyone else who has that idea.

Wonderful Place to Stay!!

We LOVE staying in this condo. It is beautiful and comfortable. The bed is amazing! The kitchen has a variety of pots & pans if you plan on cooking. And there are plenty of really nice towels! (Which hasn't always been the case in other condos) And of top of it all, the owner is very kind and helpful. Wonderful Place to Stay!

Amazing Stay

I love that it is in the heart of everything! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Very cozy and refreshing. I’ve seen other apartments in this building listed and this is by far the best I’ve seen that looked this nice and updated features. Marcos was very attentive to my requests and needs. Helped me with any questions or concerns I had. I look forward to my next trip and stay at this amazing property!

Great unit

Clean, spacious unit, large walk in shower with a comfortable bed and high-end bedding. Unit also had extra TP and paper towels which saved us a trip to CVS. Unit owner was easy to contact and allowed us to check in early which was a plus since we were driving in from Chicago. Highly recommend this unit to anyone that stays in ATL.

Great downtown property

This property is great and very convenient to all of downtown Atlanta. The host was so easy to reach and accommodated us for a very quickly made reservation. Parking in the area is rather tight and expensive but you can find places.

Awesome experience!

We were visiting for our first post-covid trip! The host always responded promptly and was a pleasure speaking to! The apartment was on the 21st floor so the view from both the living room and bedroom were amazing to wake up to! The decor made the apartment that much better, everything was up to date and modern. The check in process was seamless. Between the host responding promptly with clear directions and the front desk staff being available for any and all questions, it really made everything quick and easy! The only thing I would recommend (which I’d recommend anywhere) is make sure to travel with someone. The neighborhood is exactly what we expected. It’s a city, there’s many people at all hours of the day and if you’re a female walking around alone would be a little scary! We had the best time visiting Atlanta and 2000% would recommend staying here if you want to be in the heart of the city and close to all activities!

Best Condo in Peachtree Towers!

We have stayed in many different condos in Peachtree Towers throughout the years. This one was BY FAR the best! The owners have provided a lovely and very comfortable place to stay. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook with; the living room is spacious and comfortable; and the bed was terrific! We hope to stay in this condo for all of our work trips to Atlanta. Book this place - you will not be disappointed!

Cozy Condo

Great place to stay-was in town for show at Mart. Condo was clean and orderly-bed was comfortable. Sofabed not so much-but tolerable. The condo was quiet (didn't really hear any neighbors as you sometimes do in a hotel). We would stay here again. Property manager answered questions and when we checked in he answered his phone as we had a small mix up upon arrival which he solved immediately.

Spacious, clean room. Short walk to Centennial Park, Civil Rights Center, Georgia Aquarium, and Coca Cola World. Had a very nice time in Atlanta. Saved a little money by preparing a couple meals in the kitchen. If you plan to have alcohol and have the means to travel a little just go to a grocery store. Liquor stores downtown have quite the markup. There is a Corner Bakery Cafe across the street where we had a nice breakfast. Had a great southern meal at Mary Macs - which requires some driving.

Great downtown getaway

My wife and I stayed at Marcos’a place to celebrate our anniversary downtown. This unit is within walking distance of everything downtown. The place is clean and well stocked. We had a great time and would definitely go back again.

I stayed here for the Superbowl and was pleased with the unit! Very nice condo in a high rise building with concierge/security in the heart of downtown - great for business travelers!! Accommodations were nice, the owner was responsive and no complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

You will be able to tour places such as the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, Museums, CNN Center, College Football Hall of Fame, The Tabernacle, and more on foot. The city's largest sporting venues such as Mercedes Benz Stadium, home of Super Bowl LII, and State Farm arena are located less than 3/4 miles away.

For business travelers, the condo is sitting across the street from important conference venues such as AmericasMart, and within a five minute walking distance from the Georgia Congress Center.

The unit has been recently renovated throughout and is completely equipped with a full kitchen, including cookware and plateware for your needs. There is complimentary high speed internet (WIFI) and high definition cable TV as well.
