Spectacular Luxury 1-Bedroom Suites by BCA are 1-Bedroom / 1-Bath, furnished apartments located in the convenient Midtown neighborhood of Atlanta, just 1 block from Peachtree Street.

Your apartment is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

FAQs and Important Stuff

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $55.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Very clean comfortable

We loved its location. The little balcony over the pool was great. Not your job but the management of that building really needs to clean the steps and the loungers and the step where the loungers are they have a little robot cleaner that cleans the pool. The pool was pretty clean, but it's so dusty in Atlanta and the steps the little robot couldn't get up on them and they don't clean the loungers or the big step with the loungers on them so that's just a little feedback that your company can give to the management of the building. We loved the apartment all the amenities we it was great to be able to wash and dry the clothes and iron the beds were clean and comfortable. The TVs worked great the appliances were great. There was one outlet that didn't work so we thought the toaster was broken, but we moved it and then it worked fine. We have definitely five stars and it would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and at night. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed, was very organized and was spitlessly clean.

Good place and location, some things not so good

Overall, this was a good stay. It's a great location near the event we attended. No issues with other residents. Parking is great! I thought the whole retrieving your keys and all the steps to follow were a little overwhelming at first but I was able to get everything done successfully! I wasn't sure at first which is why I kept going back to the garage repeatedly to make sure my car wasn't towed or booted. One thing about the apartment itself is the breaker kept tripping in the bedroom. It was very random and would usually happen in the middle of the night. We would wake up with no AC and the ceiling fan off so it was hot and stuffy. Something kept tripping it but we had nothing plugged in other than our smart phone charger. My wife tried calling the manager and got a voicemail to leave her number and they would call back but no one ever did. Other than that, everything was fine. Team BCA Response: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're so glad you enjoyed the location, parking, and overall stay. We're truly sorry for the breaker issue and for the missed call back, this isn't the level of care we want our guests to feel. The breaker problem has been fully resolved, and we're also looking at ways to make parking registration feel simpler. Your feedback helps us grow, and we'd love the chance to host you again so you can see the improvements firsthand.

Always nice

I accidentally double tapped at the end of my review so I'm not going to retype all I said. It was a nice stay, maintenance fixed what they could and online support was quick and helpful. Check in was different this year but a good change up.

Quiet apartment/Good location

The apartment is modern and comfortable in a quiet apartment building convenient to the Arts Center Marta station, Midtown, and GA Tech. Hotel Grenada, just up 16th street to Peachtree, has a lovely courtyard for cocktails and small plates. Retrieving the key was a little confusing, and the garage door pass only worked from the street entrance, not the inside entrance. Overall an excellent option. Great comfortable and safe stay with a lot of fun with the community

I had a great 2 week stay in the accommodation. The place is quiet and safe. You have community days in the community room. That's a lot of fun! Facilities are super clean! Stay April 27 to 30

Very clean, spacious apartment and we felt safe during our stay. The check in was a bit confusing and very involved. It took a day to learn my way around all the keys, the elevators and the complex. Great experience

I was so glad I chose BCA apartments for a four-night stay. The apartment was quietl, modern, and well-furnished. The area (Midtown) couldn't have been more convenient, with a metro station, restaurants, and a Whole Foods supermarket nearby. I found the arrival instructions clear and simple to follow. Awesome long term rental!

I needed a 10 week rental as I was working in Atlanta for that time. The BCA apartment was perfect. Great location, great floorplan, clean, and modern. The underground parking was a huge plus. Communication with the BCA team was great - efficient and effective. I definitely recommend BCA and will be using them again should I need a rental like this. Spectrum on spring

The apartment is wonderful and put together awesome. Jamie and his team are amazing. The building maintenance might want to look into more quality with the doors to the elevator and the elevator itself. Great experience with BCA Furnished Apartments

I stayed in Atlanta with BCA Furnished Apartments and I had a great experience. The service, attention, and great hosts made my trip. Cleaning service every two weeks is great as well. I would definitely stay with them on my next one.

Fabulous One Bedroom Apartment

Although the whole check in process was a bit complicated for a three night stay and definitely more complicated then any other Airbnb we have stayed at, we were extremely pleased with the apartment and location. It looked brand new throughout including the towels and linens, and it would be quite comfortable for a week or even a month's stay. Furniture, bed, and bar stools were all very comfortable and the parking garage had ample parking available. We had a great stay. Construction was horrible in front of the building they probably should have mentioned that before renting , unit was very nice & clean but the pool area was horrible very dirty no maintenance clean up whatsoever !! Pool & the area was very dirty
