The county bike path and Dillon Reservoir are just a quarter-mile away and a number of hiking trails for all difficulty levels can be accessed throughout the area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo met the basic requirements for a ski stay—clean-enough, functional, and conveniently located. It had what was needed to get through the trip.The second bedroom was particularly lacking, with double bunk beds but no furniture, leaving no option but to place clothes and personal items on the floor, which was frustrating.The biggest drawback was the lack of kitchen utensils and supplies, making cooking inconvenient. Overall, it was adequate, but these issues make it difficult to justify a higher rating.

Summer getaway

We stayed here in July and location was centrally located and would be an excellent location if you are wanting to ski Copper, Breckenridge, or Keystone. Close to Frisco’s Main Street. Beds were comfortable but bunks were a bit short for our 6’5” son. Carpet and couch was a bit aged but worked well for us. Good internet and Netflix…kitchen was sufficiently stocked for our needs. Planning to check into this location again for our next winter stay.

Great Fall Stay!

We love staying in this unit when we visit in the fall and bring our bikes (garage is so necessary!). Bunk beds are great for the kiddos and the new master bed was very comfy. Love the living room and sectional couch. Great stay, would love to come back next year!

A nice & quiet neighborhood

We've stayed in Frisco a few times over the years and this was our best experience. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The home was perfect for an extended stay. The long garage was key as we had bicycles that needed the storage plus we still had room to park our F-150 in the garage.

I loved my stay in this condo. It was very welcoming, and calming and invited you to relax. The bedrooms and bathrooms had all that I needed and the views make this place unique. The location is phenomenal because was easy to get there and having a garage was a plus. Highly recommended.

Good value for the money, great for a family of 5 or 6 with bunk beds in the second bedroom. There were a lot of stairs for older people.

Immaculately clean, comfortable and spacious. Beautiful views from each bedroom window. Walk to Frisco, easy access to biking trails and Summit county buses. Close to Dillon, Breckenridge and other mountain villages. Full kitchen, laundry room on main floor. Highly recommend.

Frisco condo

Location was great just like I imagined. Beds were awful, hard as a rock and comforter seemed dusty and dirty. Carpet on stairs I don’t think has ever been cleaned, saw dust when I walked up and down. The picture on the website did not match what I was give. Very disappointed. When we opened up the windows they all most fell out of frame. I emailed about parking pass and never heard back. Have been coming to frisco for years and will not book through this misleading site again!!

Good, loved the Pool

Overall the unit was great. We knew from the property was a little dated, so not a big deal. The pool was AWESOME! Location great. The screens on the windows are a serious safety hazard and need to be addressed! Our toddler wanted to look out the window and barely touched the screen in the living room with his head, the screen ended up falling out and hit our vehicle below breaking the windshield! Luckily I was aware of the screens before hand and only had the windows open slightly. The screens in the bedrooms are the same way. The WiFi went out Friday afternoon, I checked Xfinity and there were no outages, I reached out and your team was prompt responding initially and again with my follow up messages. However, the issue was not fixed until Sunday morning when we were leaving. We were told it would be taken care of Saturday since Friday was the 4th. Very upsetting given the fact the property most likely just needed to call Xfinity (5 minutes) to resolve the issue and Xfinity is 24/7 365. Lacking sufficient utensils, don’t really need two blocks of knives! Silverware was limited.

Rough around the edges

Annual family ski trip to Breck. We have stayed at several vrbo’s in both Frisco & Breck…this was by far our least favorite. It had the space we needed to sleep everyone but the property is in need of repairs/maintenance. Door knob to garage was off (it was laying on the floor in the garage) making it difficult to get in & out of garage. The wood support on bunk bed was broken on one of the beds. The shower door in main bath wouldn’t stay on its track & the handle falls off when you try to use it to close the door. The master bath appears to at one time have glass shower doors…it now has a shower curtain in place of half of it (and it was being held up with shower hooks but only about half of what should’ve been used). No hot pads in kitchen. Linens/bedding smelled musty & towels were cheap & scratchy. We are not “fancy” people by any means…but we were extremely disappointed in this rental. Very ghetto.

Not a 5-star unit

I'm perplexed by the 5-star reviews. The kitchen in this unit is itself cause to drop 2 stars. It's quite dated, and the knives, cutlery and cookware are all long past their best-by dates. The bathrooms are dated too (although they had plenty of hot water and good pressure). The lamps in the living room have no light bulbs. The vertical blinds in the kitchen are stuck in place, so three slats have just been removed to allow access to the sliding glass door and deck. Our kids found the bunk bed mattresses uncomfortable, although the master was fine. While this unit is priced below some others in the same complex, the discount isn't enough to compensate for its drawbacks.

Loved it!!

The place was easy to access and find. The location is great (so close to downtown, in the warmer weather you could definitely walk!) and the place was clean but still felt homey. There were guides laid out and information about local restaurants that was super helpful and the owners were easy to contact and were incredibly helpful. Stay here for sure!!

Great weekend getaway!

Our family loved our recent stay in Frisco. We made the short drive from Denver and enjoyed the mountains, kayaking, fishing, and the Frisco Adventure Park. The condo was perfect for our group: inviting and comfortable space, all of the extras for an easy stay, great proximity to all things. Thanks!

Excellent stay fir the whole family

This home had everything we needed. We didn’t have to buy any paper products or dish/laundry soap. Kitchen had many spices and basic needs for cooking. Lots of plates, glassware, silverware. Cleaning service did an excellent job. 3 spaces for car park and also guest parking close by. We had an issue with the heat and fireplace which was fixed pronto. Only thing I would ding is only 2 blankets to curl up on the couch with and the pans were stainless steel and very difficult to cook on and clean. Location was perfect-Frisco location to Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckinridge and Keystone all within 30 minute drive. Frisco town very cute with lots of dining and shopping. Thank you for w wonderful stay.

Dump

No hot water upon arrival, no heat for 2 nights after they said it was fixed and it's the middle of winter. No shower doors, not a good experience at all, complete dump.
