This condo sits on the western edge of the Estes Park Golf Course, two miles southeast of the shops, restaurants, cafes, and seasonal farmers market in downtown Estes Park. You'll be in a perfect spot to spend a day at Lake Estes (one mile north), hike Mt. Olympus (three miles east), or explore the countless peaks, trails, and natural wonders of Rocky Mountain National Park (four miles west). The pools at the Estes Valley Community Center are also less than a mile north.

Nice location

It was a nice location and it was clean and what was portrayed online. The wifi and therefore TV reception was horrible. You couldn't watch TV or use electronic devices for longer than 10 or 20 minutes without having the show interrupted or losing connection on devices.

No extra property was great very clean we had a little struggle with the door code being too long .

We were in need of extra towels, shower hooks kept on coming off we would have prefer having a Keurig machine for coffee there was no detergent for the washer Netflix went out and the silverware look pretty broken other than that we enjoyed the property it was very nice and very well taken care of

Rocky Mountain visit

Not great. Not terribly clean. Kitchen poorly equipped. Knives falling apart. No big pot. Pans old and nasty. We like to cook in after a long day of hiking and I had to improvise quite a bit. Utensils not really clean. My husband found a piece of candy on the bedroom floor. Yuck! The most frustrating was that I wound up taking 2 cold showers as there was no hot water. Ridiculous! At least someone came quickly to fix. Only bright spot. Would never go back.

Inaccurate property description

***this property is NOT two full baths. IT IS ONLY 1.5 BATHS. Dealing with the local team trying to rectify the issue has been a nightmare. Good location but inaccurate description. Could have been cleaner for the price we payed. Popcorn kernels all over my room when we arrived. Overall disappointed by the experience with Vacasa and the property.

Misrepresented in Some Ways

We stayed at this condo for a week. The property was misrepresented in the listing and had cleanliness issues. Here are our observations: Pros: - Close to RMNP and downtown Estes Park - Plenty of towels - Kitchen was amply appointed, cleaning supplies provided - Good closet space with hangers, plenty of storage (dresser and cubbies) - Fans provided in every room - Neighborhood was OK - off a main road, but generally quiet. Cons: - There are not 2 full baths as stated in the listing. There is one full bath upstairs and a toilet and sink in the laundry room downstairs. A full bath means a shower/tub - there is only one shower/tub combination upstairs. - There was no cross breeze whatsoever, so it got very hot and stagnant at night even with the fans running. The temps were in the 60's and 70's during our visit and it was still hot upstairs. - The internet was extremely spotty and the DirectTV went out all the time. - Only 3 rolls of toilet paper were provided - 2 partially used in each bathroom and one extra. We had to buy our own 2 days into our trip. - The patio area in the back was run down, unkept, full of weeds and debris rendering it unusable. - I have no idea where the grill was that they said they had in the listing. - The road behind the condo leading to the golf course was very noisy. - Upon leaving, we were instructed to strip the beds. In our room, there was blood on the pillow and stains all over the mattress. In the other bedroom, the mattress pad was disgusting and when I looked under the bed, it was all full of popcorn kernels and filth. Makes me wonder if the comforters we were using were washed. - The listing says it sleeps 6. Yes, it sleeps 6 (2 have to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room), but this place is way to small to have 6 people comfortably especially with the lack of a second full bath. - Not enough seating in the living room. A couch that seats 2 and a recliner is cramped.

Not Setup For 6!

The listing says that it sleeps 6, but really only 4 adults and maybe a couple of children. When we booked the property, I had sent the question about the 3rd bed; "was it a sofa sleeper or the little futon on the enclosed balcony?" and got no reply! We had 5 adults and one had to sleep on the little futon on the enclosed balcony room...Not Comfortable!!! Also, the living room and dinning room areas only have enough setting for 4 people. If you have more than 4 people and you want to sit and watch TV in the living room, you either have to have the 5th and 6th person sit on the hard wooden dinning room chairs or do what we did and bring in a chairs from the patio set, they were a little more comfortable. There is easily room for at least one more comfy chair in the living room and what about making them recliners????

Fantastic condo!

The first thing I noticed walking in the door is how spotless the condo was! We loved the location, and really liked that we could walk to the restaurant that is right there on the golf course.

Lovely, roomy and clean home.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely, roomy and clean home. We would definitely go back to this home again. We stayed 7 days at this home and had to buy trash bags and hand soap to supplement the 4 trash bags left and the one bottle of hand soap for a home with one kitchen and 2 bathroom/sinks. Other than that everything was perfect.

Great condo!

We really liked staying here. It was a well equipped unit with plenty of space for the five of us. If you're coming in at night, be aware that it's through the walkway on the SE side of the property! It took us a minute to find it!

I’d stay there again

Good location near golf course (elk there most evenings) and easy access to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Kitchen was key for us as we cooked almost every night. Plenty of room in the kitchen and decent kitchenware. Oddly, they supplied the two bathrooms with a quarter roll and a half roll of toilet paper. And the laundry room with about one load’s worth of laundry detergent. I asked and they told me that’s all they provide, but I could buy more and send a receipt for reimbursement. I find it odd that they intentionally supply too little of basic supplies like toilet paper. That said, everything else was supplied in normal amounts or more, and there’s three TV’s. So they didn’t skimp everywhere, but oddly in these couple items. That said, if I go back to Estes, I’d be happy to stay there again.

Amazing Estes Park Condo!

My family loved Eagle View G2!!! It was extremely clean, comfortable and had great space for our family of four! It has recently been updated and renovated which shows! Very nice decorative touches throughout the entire home. It backs to the golf course where we heard and saw lots of wildlife!! Comfy beds and we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect! We would definitely recommend this home to others!
