When it's time to retire for the night, retreat to one of the comfortable bedrooms, where you'll find plush linens and all the essentials you need for a restful sleep. Just a short 18-minute walk away, or a 5-minute drive, you'll find the Estes Park Golf Course, where you can tee off and enjoy the stunning views. And with the Rocky Mountain National Park just a 9-minute drive away, that bypasses the downtown traffic, you'll have easy access to endless outdoor adventures, from hiking and wildlife spotting to breathtaking vistas.

Rocky Mtn Nat'l park visit

myself and 3 friends stayed 3 nights for a visit to RMNP. The house was perfect, great location, views and a beautiful deck. We wished we could have stayed longer. Marvin was very accomodating.

This is a spacious and cozy home. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of amenities and the outside area is amazing. Marvin was a very helpful host.

This place is close to everything but situated to where you can avoid the Main Street area if you’re not going there. Great outdoor setup too! Lots of seating.

Marvin's place was perfect for my family. Great location, spacious and had everything we needed. Marvin was super accommodating and even let us stay a bit past checkout when the hotel we booked for a wedding didn't have early check in. Highly recommend.

This property has an excellent location for Estes Park and RMNP. The house was clean and is well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. The outside decks and hammocks are really nice. Wonderful family vacation.

Cute rustic getaway!

We had a great family vacation staying in this cabin. Marvin was very nice and welcoming! The home is very clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed all the animals that came by to visit us as well! Thank you for the hospitality!

Excellent cabin, gorgeous views, walkable neighborhood and very well furnished house.

House was very well furnished with kitchen stuff, bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. The bedroom even had a high chair. Really comfortable stay, beautiful location close to markets and gorgeous views.

Great, clean place. Wildlife is out in the backyard in the AM. Lots of room more than ample supplies. Would definitely stay here again. Entrance to Bear Lake side of RMNP is straight up the main road from the house.

We found the cabin to be perfect for us. Everything was clean and there wasn’t anything we didn’t need. Loved the downstairs extra room that gave my husband and I privacy while traveling with our friends. Would definitely book here again!

Beautiful house

This house is even better than it looks from the pictures. Plenty of space for our extended family (three adults and four teenagers in our group). The house is beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a great stay. Beautiful property - we loved all the decks and hammocks. We saw lots of elk and deer around the house during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Time

Great location in Estes Park! House was really spacious. We were there only two and half days so didn’t even have time to enjoy the deck and fire pits - we were so tired from long fun days in Rocky Mountain National Park. Hosts are lovely and responsive also.

Delightful family get together

The property was on a nice lot with a lot of open space. The rooms were furnished nicely, and the home was neat and clean with all of the supplies that we needed. It would have to have an additional bathroom on the main level.

This was the perfect property for our annual Elk Rut trip to Estes. We normally stay in cabins off Fall River but decided to give a home rental a try this time, and Im glad we did. Lots of comfy space in this house. There were also lots of places outside to just hang out and enjoy the wonderful weather. There are several gas fire pits outside, a swing that my son really enjoyed, horseshoe, and cornhole games to play. We also observed several large Elk in the area. It was quite enjoyable sitting on the deck at night listening to the Elk bugles. The house was very clean and seemed to be well maintained. The Bear Room was great for kids as there was a twin/full size bed and bunk beds on the opposite side of the room. Plenty of towels were provided. Overall, this was a great experience and will not hesitate to stay here again!

Great house!

The house had everything we needed! Tons of towels, clean linens, blankets and extra pillows. Fully stocked kitchen and even coffee. Lots of room for all of us (10). The owner is great about checking you in and explaining everything. He was very nice and helpful. Checked on us to see if we needed anything. Definitely worth it!

Family trip to RMNP

Marvin is a fabulous host. Met us at arrival. showed us where everything was located. Hints for fireworks viewimg on the 4th of July. Property was exactly as pictured. Three families 5 grandchildren. Cornhole and horseshoes. Two grilles, two fire pits for smores and stories. A great swing. Coffee in the morning on the deck.

Very Nice Cabin, Great Location, Great View.

This was the perfect place for our vacation in Colorado. Marvin was great. He maintained contact before arrival and during our visit to ensure we had the information we needed and were having a good stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the downtown area of Estes Park but not so close as to be in town, giving us a feeling of being in the woods. It was a also a great location as an HQ for trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, Denver and many other cool places, all within easy driving distance. The cabin itself was clean and well outfitted for our stay. We enjoyed the porch and the view of the mountains and all of the wildlife that wandered into yard. The location was quiet, private and relaxing We couldn't ask for a better place or for a better host in Marvin.

We have owned this property for a very long time , over 50 years. We only lived in it for 5 years and then we converted it to a long term rental. After moving back to the area (we now live in Windsor) we did a total renovation of the property before making it a vacation rental that we could also enjoy when it isn't rented.

We enjoy this property that is on a one acre corner lot and surrounded by mountains. Our two sons, we raised here, now have their own families and they too enjoy coming back to Estes Park and staying here and remembering those wonderful early years.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This is a true mountain home with a log exterior and a beautifully finished interior. You can enjoy views of Longs Peak, Twin Sisters or the Mummy Range from the different decks. This property is close to many things that can be found in Estes Park, but yet it is away from the downtown summer crowds and bumper to bumper slow moving traffic. You can easily reach the 18 and 9 hole golf courses. an indoor swimming pool, Lake Estes, Big Thompson River, the Fish Creek/Lake Estes walking trail, biking, hiking, Rocky Mountain National Park, shopping, observatory and so many other activities. We have even added a three pole disc golf range on the property.
