Our beautiful modern and family chalet is located at the entrance of the Chamonix Valley, in a quiet hamlet with a magnificent view of the valleys and the Mont-Blanc massif, snowy all year round !!!
You are on the mountainside, away from any major traffic lane, your closest neighbors are 150m beyond the small alpine fields.
Bucolic and mountain environment, with donkeys and sheep grazing around !!!
However access is easy because the white highway is only 10 minutes at the bottom of the valley and remains passable throughout the year.
We offer 5 bedrooms (including 3 for 2 people) furnished as if you were at home, a mezzanine with an extra bed and 2 bathrooms with shower.
The American kitchen is very functional, with all the household comfort
From the living rooms, you will be on the ground floor on the terrace and the garden, in which you can have your meals, including in the evening, when the heat of the day fades in summer when the mountain turns pink.
Your young people are not forgotten, we leave them books, magazines and many games / toys, for young and old !!!
The supply takes place in the village of Les Houches (4km), or that of Servoz (4 km), or in the valley with the commercial area of Fayet (SNCF station) 7km lower by the white motorway, in free access on this stretch.
Many hikes from the chalet, which allows you to reach, via forest or alpine paths, the access route to Mont-Blanc. We no longer present the Chamonix valley and the many possible activities for lovers of mountains and thrills!
Swimming is also possible in the Passy lakes, which are suitable for picnics and small nautical activities.
The small mountain station of Vaudagne, accessible after 15 minutes of walking in the forest, also allows you to reach Chamonix and even Switzerland (Martigny) via the small rack railway which serves the entire valley from the Saint-Gervais station / Le Fayet.

Some precisions....
We thank the smokers in advance for staying outside, an outdoor smoking lounge is organized for our smoking guests! They are sheltered and can indulge their passion without disturbing the chalet.
We can also leave you household linen, pair of sheets and towels (25 € / pers) and the possibility of having the cleaning done (60 €)
