Bastide on wooded land of 2500m2 in terraces with views of the surrounding hills of Haut Var. Setting conducive to relaxation, calm in lush greenery 35 minutes from Aix en Provence or the Luberon and 1 hour from the Gorges du Verdon.

The recent country house but old invoice offers a furnished area of 120 m2 that can accommodate up to 8 adults.

The kitchen opens onto the dining room and the lounge area with fireplace, from which you access the terrace through multiple openings.

Upstairs there is a toilet, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms:
- a master suite with 1 double bed 160cm x 200cm and a shower room
- a bedroom with 1 double bed 140cm x 200cm,
- a bedroom with 2 single beds 100cm x 200cm and 1 bed for children up to 6 years old
- 1 cot

A second toilet is located in the entrance on the ground floor as well as a double sofa bed (130cm x 190cm) in the room allowing 2 additional beds.

The kitchen is fitted with fridge, kettle, toaster, electric and induction hob, oven and a Thermomix robot left available (with its manual and recipe books).

Washing and drying machines are located in the annex part of 60m2 which can also be used to house bikes or other equipment.

Possible activities in the surroundings ...

The swimming possibilities are multiple: the municipal swimming pool of Rians at 5mn, the river of Vinon sur Verdon at 20mn where a Provencal market takes place every Sunday morning, the lake of Sainte Croix at 1h10 and finally the beaches of the Var at 1h20.

The GR-99A goes up the hill above the house and offers multiple possibilities for walking or cycling in the scrubland and across fields. It provides access to the Château de Saint Martin de Pallières, 8 km away.

Aix en Provence its shaded streets and its thermal baths, Vauvenargues residence of Picasso, the Sainte-Victoire mountain, Jouques, the Valensole plateau and its lavender fields, the Roque d'Anthéron and its international piano festival, the Luberon, and all simply the villages, castles and wine estates offer multiple possibilities of discovery within an hour.
