Two living room slider doors lead out to the wrap around balcony for great views and ocean front dining. All windows and doors are new with hurricane impact glass.

Important Information: Proposed renters must fill out and get approval of the Rental Lease Application which can be found on Royal Seafarer's website under Sales and Rentals. Owner must sign before submitting. Also, proposed renters must read House Rules for Residents which can also be found on the Royal Seafarer website.
