Relax in our Beautiful Beach Front Condo on the 11th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Tiger Tail Beach, and a picturesque, peaceful thirty-one acre natural preserve. A shorebird nesting area off to one side. Enjoy Beautiful sunsets and watch the waves overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from your Living Room, Master Bedroom and Balcony every night.

Our Condo at the South Seas Club which is a gated community is surrounded by beautiful palm trees and lush landscaping. Accommodations include Private HI Speed Fiber Optic WI-FI, King-size bed in Master with a 46" Roku wall mounted High Definition flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds with 32" Roku wall mounted flat screen TV.

Living room has a 65' QLCD smart TV with Bose Sound system, queen size sleeper sofa , tiled floors throughout (No Carpet). Kitchen has granite counters with breakfast bar, 3 bar stools, SS Appliances, cooking utensils and complete furnishings including Keurig and regular coffee makers, toaster, blender, mixer, crockpot and non toxic Hexclad pots and pans . There are 2 Hair Dryers and a curling iron.

We include 6 Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, several Beach Coolers, Umbrellas and Beach Buggy to cart these items to the Pool or Beach.

Enjoy the amenities at South Seas Club including a heated pool, tennis, Pickle Ball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, Putt Putt, exercise room, covered parking and laundry facilities. Boat docks are also available for additional fee.

Walkout to the large heated pool or the private beach access. Marco Islands white sand Crescent Beach stretches for 3 miles south or Tiger Tail Beach which offers a picnic area with grills. Shelling on Tiger Tail Beach is the some of best that you will find.

Our updated two bedroom condo offers you an upscale vacation experience that you will not forget. Kick back on your balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or a cool drink while listening to the sound of the waves, taking in the beautiful views shown and enjoying amazing sunsets every evening.

We have stayed every year at a favorite hotel, now a mix of condos which has suffered from poor maintenance. This stay was remarkably better: clean, pleasant, a view of the wildlife sanctuary at Tigertail Beach with a view of the sunset. Condo owner called us personally and repeatedly to make sure we were pleased. All very nice.

Wonderful

Had a wonderful stay the condo was very comfortable has everything you need well stocked kitchen , everything you need for the beach ( towels , beach chairs , fishing poles ) nice balcony with awesome view of Tiger Tail lagoon and the gulf. Very comfortble beds .

Amazing Stay!!!

This unit is absolutely beautiful and spotless as described and pictured. Ron the owner/host provided so many extras. Very nicely stocked. The best cookware I’ve ever had in a rental. The check in process was organized and simple. Amazing sunsets! I would highly recommend this unit. Thanks again Ron! Your communication made it simple and relaxing!

Relaxing vacation with great views

Very nice condo with great views. I loved hanging out on the balcony and the sunsets were amazing. Nice pool and beach. Ron was great to work with and had everything you would need for the beach and fishing.

Perfect host. Perfect condo.

From initial contact through checkout, everything was perfect. Everything was well organized and well supplied (soaps, plastic bags, beach towels, chairs, etc). Unit was exceptionally clean. Tastefully decorated. World class view. Will definitely stay again as long as it’s available. 5 stars all the way.

Beautiful Views and Excellent Host!!!!

We stayed at this condo for a week and we can tell you we already miss it! Ron, the owner, gave us specific directions including maps with the instructions on how to acquire the key and get to the condo. He left his favorite places to dine which was very helpful! Ron checked on us several times to just make sure our stay was pleasant. Once we entered the condo it was immaculate and was truly equipped with EVERYTHING anyone could need when away. We did not need to purchase anything(except food of course) including laundry detergent and hand soap! The views from our bedroom and living room were gorgeous! TigerTail beach was lovely! The pool and surrounding areas were kept very clean. We had the best time and would return to this condo in a heartbeat!! Thank you again Ron for such a lovely time!!!

Top notch condo

I can’t enough good things about this condo and its owner. Owner communicated everything very clearly. Condo has everything and I mean everything that you could need from wonderful linens, fully stocked kitchen with great cookware and accessories. There is also everything you could need for the beach. A few restaurants are in walking distance and a lot more just a short ride away. I would highly recommend this condo.

Felt like home

This was the first time we booked a condo and it was amazing. Ron was the best! He gave us all the information we needed with pictures, maps and exact communication. When we walked in for the first time, we immediately noticed how CLEAN the condo was, then we saw the view outside the sliding glass doors. Beautiful! Ron informed us of all the things the condo had to offer. You want for nothing. The condo I very well stocked. The beach chairs, umbrellas and cart were great to have. Ron quickly answered our texts almost immediately, as is anything you may need for beach days The pool area is extremely clean, as well as the building grounds. We highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back again. Thank you Ron!

Above and beyond

Firstly, we had a wonderful stay at Ron's condo! The property is beautiful; we spent a lot of time on the balcony bird-watching (binoculars are a must!) and catching the sunsets. Inside, the whole condo has been very nicely updated and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The kitchen was great and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable-we all slept like a dream! There was a great supply of towels and linens. And the beach gear was a huge plus- we used the umbrellas, chairs and cart several times. The one downside was the walk to the beach-it's a hike but the beach cart made it much more manageable. The laundry room was very close, which made doing laundry very easy. Secondly, Ron was an amazing host. He really went above and beyond. When we arrrived, we found the microwave was broken. Ron quickly arranged to have it replaced. By Tuesday, we had a new microwave ready to go. Due to any inconvenience, Ron gave us a very generous gift card to a local restaurant! He was very receptive to any feedback and was in touch throughout our stay. By far, this was our best experience with a VRBO rental and host- highly recommend. We will absolutely be staying again.

Nice Spot on Island

For those coming out of state the number one amenity for a beach condo is actual beach supplies. Ron’s place is very well stocked with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, push cart, toys, even fishing rods and tackle. The condo itself is in good shape and well equipped with necessary cooking items. The condo is def beach side but that doesn’t mean it’s Oceanside. Having never been to Marco Island before the beach to ocean distance is very great. It is a long walk to get to the condo to the actual water, but the more we made it the less of a hassle it became. However without a push cart it would have been miserable. We would def return to Marco island and would certainly rent from Ron again.

Great Stay In Marco Island

Our family had a great stay in Marco Island! The condo was clean and contained all the needed items. We enjoyed the beach, pool and the Views of Tigertail Beach. We had many excellent dinners and enjoyed the variety of restaurants. Our condo owner host was an excellent communicator and was willing to answer all questions and provide advice!

Very Special Get Away

Beautiful property. Very clean, extremely well appointed with everything that you could want or need available to you. The sunset views of Tigertail Beach off the balcony were absolutely stunning. The VRBO host was an absolute delight to deal with. He was most attentive and wanted to make sure that everything that we needed or wanted was available to us. A spectacular place to spend a vacation !

Excellent communication!

We had a wonderful week in this condo. Property was just as described. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Even though we had no issues at all while there, the owner contacted us a few times to see if we needed anything. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. Owner provided everything you will need and more! Kitchen was very well stocked. This was the first time we had stayed near Tigertail. Even though it was a hike to the water, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and of course, the gorgeous sunsets. Thank you, Ron, for everything!

Great Stay at South Seas

This is by far one of the best condos on Marco Island we have stayed at, and we have stayed all over the island. Ron is a wonderful host and has the condo fully stocked with anything you may need. So many great amenities for the beach and condo. He has thought of everything. The view from the condo is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great week of relaxation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It had a great view, was super clean, and very well stocked with anything you would need. The pool was perfect temperature and grounds very well kept. The beach and sunsets were beautiful! The owner, Ron, was very attentive and prompt in answering any questions we had. I highly recommend!

This unit faces Tiger Tail Beach the Nature Preserve, Wildlife area and Lagoon offering many viewing opportunities watching birds, fish, wildlife, boats and people. It does NOT face any other buildings so you overlook the gulf and greenery of the reserve. It is peaceful and serine. It also faces North West so you can sit and enjoy the views from the balcony and Gulf breezes throughout the day. Its a great place to read a good book, or relax in the shade throughout most of the day without being blasted by the sun. It has a Great beach and pool for the sun.

It is relaxing and more private to sit on the balcony and NOT have hundreds of people looking at us from other condos. We LOVE this about the condo.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our condo is totally updated, clean, has a well stocked kitchen and most everything you need to have wonderful vacation. You can see and are steps away from paddle boarding and Kayaking in the smooth waters of the Tiger Tail lagoon (great for adults and small children). This is one of the best shelling areas on Marco Island. The grounds are Beautiful, well kept and gated. If you do not belong here you will not get past the guarded entrance.
