It accommodates up to 5 people. Sofa in the living room reclines for the night.

Fully equipped kitchen and the beach towels, bath towels, and linens are all included with your stay
Your stay at this vacation condo includes FREE On-Site PARKING, FREE unlimited WiFi and Premium TV with 125+ channels and casting capabilities.
A beach umbrella, beach towels and 2 beach chairs are included with this unit.
FREE BEACH PARKING is 6-7 minutes away, so you can have a convenient and free beach access!
The condo complex is close distance to 3 award-winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover s Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, watersports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.
This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport.
No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.
Minimum age to rent is 21.
Renters with pets MUST contact the owner BEFORE doing the reservation and provide pet details. Due to HOA rules we only allow 1 pet up to 30 lb, and pet MUST be registered and approved by HOA before the reservation is made. If Renters fail to contact the owner and provide pet details and reserve the apartment without an approval from HOA for the pet, reservation can be canceled without a notice.
Renters will have to sign the additional Lease Agreement and HOA Lease application. If you want to read the agreement or the application prior to the reservation - please contact me and I will be happy to send them to you. Renters might be required to conduct over the phone interview with the manager of association. All document and instructions about the interview will be provided shortly after the reservation.

I love Florida outdoors that's was the main reason to purchase the apartment, have a small piece of Florida and share it with others! The kayaking, bicycling, walking, and hiking are things that you can do here year around. I so enjoy doing vacation rentals as it is so much fun to contribute to great memories of a vacation by providing a place in which people can feel at home.

Just loved this condo from the moment I walked into it - between the quaintness and the view I was sold. My goal was to fix it up and share it with people who enjoy the beach and appreciate a condo that reflects TLC. Bonita Springs beach just has so much to do and is so beautiful, are just two of the reasons that I bought here. Since I have bought the condo, everything has been updated and renewed with all new furnishings and a larger kitchen and updated bathroom with a walk in shower and large vanity. My hope is that this place will hold many nice memories for those who stay here as my guest.

Location, Location, Location! Quiet and 6 min to the beach and yet there are lots of shops and restaurants that are walking distance.
