Cozy A frame cabin in Arrowhead Subdivision in Cimarron, CO. 2 bedrooms plus a spacious loft, easily and comfortably sleeps 8. 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds in the loft. 1 bathroom. Fully furnished kitchen, bedding and bath. Just bring your food and don't forget your marshmallows to roast over the fire pit!
All the amenities of home; WiFi, phone, TV yet in the seclusion of the mountains. Open meadow nearby has wildlife visitors daily. Come enjoy nature!

This cabin was one of my favorites. The owners clearly take pride in this property. It was one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed at. Location, five stars, cleanliness, five stars, friendliness of owners 50 stars! Yes, 50! We will definitely be back.

Cabin in the woods

We enjoyed our stay at this clean cozy cabin! A very quiet and remote location with lot’s of deer. We appreciated having decent pans to cook with! Thank you! We loved the location, a beautiful place between gunnison and montrose. We hope to be back!

Secluded Sanctuary!

Cute & tidy A-frame had lots of charm, and has everything you need to ‘camp’ and feel at home. Arrowhead was beautiful, & people in the community (when we’d venture out) were welcoming and friendly. You will be surrounded by wildlife- we saw many deer, chipmunks & badgers, and we heard coyotes each night. If you are looking to get back to nature- this is your place!

Perfect Family Mountain Escape

What a wonderful mountain escape! With all the amenities of home like a full kitchen, washer/ dryer, comfy beds and shower, I could Be comfortable while my husband got to enjoy the fire pit and s’mores every night, wilderness animal sitings, fishing in the private lakes through the Arrowhead’s amazing 3 lakes and more. It was the best of both worlds! We were also just minutes away from the beautiful Blue Mesa Resevoir beaches (Bay or Chickens) and took full advantage of that plus rented a boat at the Lake Fork Marina, saw the Gorgeous Black Canyon and Morrow Point Dam too. This is really just an amazing spot to do it all! Summer and Robert are the perfect hosts, so friendly and helpful and very available. The property is immaculately up kept. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We are still in cabin with drawl!

Everything was amazing. Only complaint is hot water lasted long enough for a short shower and the next person had to wait at least hour before they could shower.

Great A Frame to Get Away

We had a great time at this cabin. Two families with four kids ages 9-16. The loft with four bunkbeds was PERFECT and we loved the outdoor space. Pay attention to the construction at the entrance to the development, especially if you are there on a week day. The owner was very helpful in helping us navigate when Hwy 50 would be closed and when it would be open. We went Friday and came back Monday and were able to make it work well.

Great Cabin in the Mountains

Wonderful cabin to stay at during covid! Great place to explore the Black Canyon, Blue Mesa area, and trails all around. Very quiet, well stocked kitchen to cook all meals, and plenty of room.

Beautiful!

This was a perfect secluded cabin for a few days away from it all! Very well stocked, comfortable, and in a lovely area. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome place!!

We opened the windows to a gentle breeze that blew constantly and kept the cabin nice and cool. We woke up to deer eating grass in the front yard every morning and a buck came by every evening. The cabin was fully stocked with anything and everything you need from shampoo to sugar. The Arrowhead Mountain lodge was a Fantastic place to eat and out sweet waitress answered all our question and gave us advice on some Local things to do and see. The only draw back was the 7 mile gravel road to the cabin. But we were informed that there had been a lot of recent heavy logger trucks traveling up and down and had done severe damage to the road.

Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The location is quiet and surrounded by nature. It was clean and the beds and bedding were comfortable. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking enjoy some quality time with their family. There are several forest roads nearby so I would recommend bringing an ATV or snowmobile if you enjoy that sort of thing. This is a beautiful area of Colorado to explore!

Our family wanted to have a mountain getaway to escape the chaos of everyday life and to teach our daughters to enjoy nature. We live a couple hours away from our little humble cabin and it's perfect for us. We hope that you enjoy our place as much as we have and can get out and experience nature! This cabin has been so much fun for us and our girls!
