This ground-level beach condo is ready to be your home away from home for your next family vacation in the beautiful Costa Rican town of Jacó. Enjoy a variety of amenities including a well-equipped full kitchen, two furnished patios, a shared pool, and convenient beach access.

What's nearby:
Located near the center of town, this rental is close to souvenir and boutique shops, popular restaurants, and several other local attractions. Most who visit Jacó come to experience all the eco-tourism options including hiking, wildlife viewing, and ziplining in Carara National Park, just 15 miles north, as well as catamaran cruises, fishing, and surfing at Playa Jacó and Playa Hermosa only four miles down the coast. Jacó is also home to casinos, parks, and a weekly farmers market.

Great Break

Bahia Azul is a beautiful property. It is slightly dated, given its age, but it is in a great location and has a really nice pool. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen was good. There is a washer/dryer in most units. The two-bedrooms were great for our family. Good find!

Family trip

Great stay! my sons stayed in the pool 24-7. We felt safe in the gated area where our car was parked even though there are many people around the area. One bathroom toilet barely worked and the dryer air duct was not installed properly. Thankfully we fixed them up ourselves cause the maintenance guy just disappeared. Front gate dudes are very nice and we had some great coffee and food at jet fuel. Everything is walking distance. The sunset was beautiful. The hike across from puddle fish was the best part of our trip.

Great Condo and Huge Pool!!

Great, fully stocked condo with a huge pool right on Jaco beach! Easy walking distance to a LOT of restaurants!! Well equipped and clean unit on the ground floor. Walk right out the patio to the pool just a few steps away.

I've been at the same place five times

The place is so great i've been there at least five times. I usually don't return to a place if it's horrible. This place is great. Maybe before my new place is done or i'm putting furniture in it, I might come from stay for a month in April.

Great location

We arrived and were pleased from the very first moment. Right across the street from the beach, the guards are so friendly and helpful. The condo was beautiful and spacious and had most everything you needed in the kitchen. The pool was the kids favorite thing, they hardly ever got out! Would highly recommend this spot.

First Time and Will Not be the Last Visit to Jaco

From the moment we booked to to moment we left our experience was amazing. It was our first time to Costa Rica and we are already planning our next trip. Roger, from VACASA was amazing. He assisted every step of the way with ideas on where to go for food and what to do as far as day trips. We will definitely be reaching out for his services again :)

The perfect place and service!

The location is just perfect, right on the beach and just a step away from the center of town, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Waking up and zipping coffee right on the ocean is priceless. This unit has all you need to make a perfect stay. Very cleaned, great little details with natural shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. And coffee in the morning. To the local staff a big thumb up! Great communication. Thank you for making my stay wonderful.

My family enjoys the sounds of the ocean in the evening; we step out from the living room to the pool; a few step more and we are on the beach. The home is on the south side of the beach, which we prefer. It is very well equipped, to include high end shower necessities! The knives in the kitchen are actually sharp enough to cut the fresh fruits we purchase from the nearby farmers market. Everything was in order when we arrived and well maintained. I can't say enough about 7a.

Lovely condo, great location

Was a quick walk to downtown but still on a quiet part of the beach. Pool was crystal clearSaw scarlet macaws nesting just a few houses down. Would rent again.

Location perfect, this unit just needs attention

This complex is great. However this unit is needs some simple maintenance . Only one of the two toilets actually flushed. The other only flushed sometimes and sometimes not despite how much we plunged it. The dishwasher needs to be secured into the wall. A fresh coat of paint would help. The bedroom lightbulb was burned out I never did look if there was a replacement . Also most towels were clean but the ones on the rack in my bathroom had definitely not been changed. Otherwise the location is wonderful .

Great Location!

The condo was clean and beautiful. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Safe, great view, short walk to town and grocery store. Just steps from the pool. The security staff was wonderful and friendly. Area felt very safe.
