Adventures like scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, and sailing are all nearby options. Venture a bit further and you'll be on the sands of Secret after driving five miles, while San Pedro is only six miles away.

Blue Water Villa

We really enjoyed the views from the patio, living room, and both bedrooms. We never were able to get the cable channels working. Had everyone working on site look at it. Water in showers, is weak pressure and warm at best. at

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Loved watching the sunrise from the outside patio and enjoyed the quiet location.

Great stay!

We truly loved our stay! It was a distant from town, but it’s perfect if you are looking to just unwind from the city life. The view is beautiful! The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. It is located on the 3rd floor, we didn’t mind this! Bring bug spray, the mosquitoes are no joke! Overall, cannot complain. Would highly recommend!

Away from the city

Its a great location. I like being away from the city. Rent a golf cart and head to this rental.

Great View

Wonderful staff. Gineli and her team made our 2 month stay most enjoyable. 34 steps to climb. Not suitable for seniors. Loved the people of Belize. Will be back but not to this location.

This place is amazing!

We loved staying at Blue Water. The place is simply magnificent. The views are out of this world, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and we'll furnished, the balcony is huge and overlooking the ocean and the pool, and the wifi is great. On top of all that, we frequented at least three amazing restaurants within 7 minutes by golf cart. We were skeptical at first and concerned as it is a good 30 minutes away from the water taxi station. We ended up renting a golf cart and I highly recommend you do the same if you plan to stay here. We will definitely be back here.

Mix feelings

Apartment didn't have basics to make things easier, for example no coffee, salt and pepper, sugar, cooking oil. This is first time that a VRBO doesn't include basic stuff in the apartment. There was no mention on how far and isolated the apartment is. It's a good 30 min from downtown and no mention on the road conditions. No mention that restaurants and grocery stores are far away from apartment or that it's necessary to have a golf cart. Beach needs to be cleaned from trash, papers, bottles, junk. We never had a chance to get in the water. On the positive side, water was appreciated and Jinelly Torres was very responsive with the TV and even brought us coffee. Very sweet and professional.

Pretty Nice Place but...

Overall the property was pretty nice. It's a ways away from the city, so prepare to be out in the middle of nowhere if that's what you like. Pros - Close to the beach, pool is nice. The property is as pictured, with a few minor issues. Cons - The TV didn't work, so hopefully that will be fixed soon. Just note there's not much else to do in the area, so plan accordingly. The showerhead in the front bathroom also didn't move, so it got water outside of it, but that's what the extra towels are for.

Beautiful and lovely place to stay overlooking the Caribbean.

We loved this place! It was a little further out but worth the drive. If you love seclusion and quiet along the water, this is the place for you. We would stay here again. The service was spot on and very responsive. Thank you guys for a lovely stay.

Our stay at Blue Water Beach Villas, booked through VRBO and managed by Vacasa, was nothing short of a tropical dream come true. Fabulous terrace and lots of room

We enjoyed the huge terrace, sumptuous double chaise and the view. The premium tv channels and bottled water were nice bonuses. Lourdes was especially helpful and responsive. She arranged everything from golf carts to tours, and everyone was prompt, courteous and eager to please.

Beautiful Condo & Time

The condo is well furnished and clean. The location on the north end of the island is ideal for those who are looking for a more chill vibe. The condo had so many amenities and was lovely! We dove three days and was picked up and dropped off right at our dock. The swimming pool was lovely and there was plenty of parking for golf carts.

So nice we did it twice!

2nd time we've come to this specific property we love it so much. we love the privacy of the beach right outside the door and the fact that there's kayaks available for use with it. quiet and clean, we'll be back!

AMAZING!

Location, property, amenities and communication was just perfection. We fell in love with this place and was so hard to leave. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but close enough to get to.... The pier was fantastic and i worked out on it every morning after a long ride out on the ocean with the kayaks which are provided... I am definitely going back.... Thank-you to our wonderful manager Lourdes who responded always and helped with excursions that were brilliant.. see you soon

Great view

The best part about this condo is the amazing view! It’s pretty far up north and it’s on the 3rd floor. You get a workout going up and down, but the view is definitely worth it! The condo was spacious and very clean. This was our 2nd time staying at Blue Water Villas A3 and we will be back.

Blue Water is the place to be

The property is beautiful, clean and peaceful. It takes about 30 min in a golf cart to reach the downtown of San Pedro but there are a lot of fun spots to stop along the way for food and drinks. Lourdes (the concierge) set us up with transportation and excursions making our time on the island unforgettable. We will absolutely be back and I’d stay here again if it’s available for my future dates.

Very clean and quick maintenence response

A wonderful view with very timely responses to our maintenence concerns (clogged drain and loose door). great location, a bit out from the main town, but that made it quieter and private.
