This home is a 2 bedroom 2 bath.. With a separate studio apartment in the basement with the second bathroom. Property has been recently updated. The house sits on 8 acres with an inground pool right on the Susquehanna River! Enjoy the view of Oneonta and the surrounding mountains from the deck. Sleep up to 8--- 2 queen size upstairs 2 full size mattresses downstairs. 3 miles to Cooperstown All Star village 25 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Please message me with any questions you may have! ASV IS GOIN TO A 6 DAY WEEK. I CAN ONLY ACCEPT 6 DAY RESERVATIONS. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. NO CLEANING FEE!!! Thank you, Chuck!!

Place has everything you need for a great week of baseball. Two distinct living areas was great for grandparents. Super close to Allstar village. Made it easy. Host was great.

So glad we found this gem for our Cooperstown stay. Conveniently located about 9 minutes from All Star Village where our sons were playing. It was a pleasure to get to chill in the pool after a hot day at the fields and to enjoy the stunning view. The house was spotless and had all the necessities, except for an iron which Chuck delivered to our door the day I inquired about it. Couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay! Thank you!

A great stay

A great property. Lovely pool & views across the valley. Very well stocked with supplies, which made our visit a bit easier. Ground floor was a perfect space for the young adults to hang out. Convenient location to colleges & Main St. Would gladly recommend.

Great place to stay, close to ASV

We had a great time while our son played at All-Star Village! Super close to the field, the main street, and the shopping area. Our kids loved the pool, the house was clean and the owner was super responsive and kind. Do not hesitate to book this for your stay!

Great little get away

Love the river and pool. This was a nice get away . Nice to come back after a long day of baseball and relax. It 25 min from Cooperstown but worth it.

Great house with a great location to All Star Village

We highly recommend this house! The house was spotless and it was the best stocked home we have ever rented! The pool was clean and refreshing. Chuck, the owner, is super friendly, accommodating, and responsive to all our questions and concerns.

Perfect for our needs

We had the BEST stay at this incredible home just 5 minutes from All Star Village! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—super close to the fields, but tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. The views of the river were absolutely stunning, and we spent every free moment soaking it all in from the backyard and the amazing, large pool.The home itself was spotless and beautifully appointed—spacious, clean, and so thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. You can tell the hosts take great pride in this place. From morning coffee with a view to unwinding after long days at the tournament, this spot was truly a home away from home.We would stay here again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Place is great for Cooperstown Baseball Tournament

Great house right on the river with a nice pool and great views. The owner lives in the area and is responsive in the event you need anything. Our only regret is we played farther away at Dreams park instead of the closer All Star Village.

Great location lacked a few items

Overall we were satisfied with our stay..the downstairs separate unit had a musty smell so we all squeezed upstairs. The place was clean and the owner very responsive. Would have been nice to have a few extra blankets and some shampoo/soap. It was very conveniently located and it was nice to have a pool. We give the upstairs 4 stars the downstairs would be 3. The price ended up being too much since we couldn’t use the downstairs. If the musty for wasn’t present it would be priced appropriately.

This is the first I'm hearing of this issue I apologize greatly. It wasn't brought to my attention till just now. I would have taken steps to fix the issue. I offer to get you shampoo the first day and nothing was said about blankets. I would have been more than happy to get them for you. Thanks Chuck

Beautiful property

This property is just breath taking with spectacular views of nature. The home was clean and fully stocked. Just a 5 minute drive to All- Star Village. A great escape from all the baseball we had and helped keep my younger children occupied with the pool between games. I highly recommend this split level home.

Cooperstown ASV stay

Overall great stay. Chuck the owner was very responsible to questions and concerns. Kitchen was well stocked, pool was well maintained and location was great. Property had it’s quirks but I think that’s expected form an older town in general. Great place to hand with family when you’re not at ASV. Thanks again Chuck, will keep it in mind in the next few years when my youngest comes back!

Great All Star Village VRBO for your Cooperstown Trip

The location was perfect, the "teenage lair" downstairs could not have been better suited for my 14 and 16 year old, and the acreage and views were gorgeous. The house is well stocked and families will leave things for the next baseball week which is fabulous. The house had a cooler, wagon, and bleacher cusions we could use which was such a nice plus. Book NOW!

Great location for CASV & great house

The house is in a great location for CASV. It’s stocked with everything that you need including spices and some food essentials from previous guests and the owner. Charles is great and keeps the place very clean. He’s extremely responsive too. The pool is nice, not heated, but really nice to have if it’s warm enough. The location is private and just off the road. Has a beautiful view.

Perfect for us while our son played at ASV

This house was everything we needed while our son played at Cooperstown ASV for the week. Chuck was readily communicative. The house was fully stocked & we were literally minutes from ASV. The ease of getting back & forth to the fields from this house was amazing. & my younger son really enjoyed the pool after spending long hot days at the ball field. It was perfect!

Great stay

The property overall is great. The view from the top deck is breath taking. The house is very clean. Home was fully stocked with everything you need and more! For those in town for baseball, property is 5 mins away from Allstar village. Also close to the highway and grocery store. Charles was responsive and friendly. He is immediately available. Would recommend this property!

great home for lots of baseball

house was extremely convenient to All Star Village which was so helpful with moving baseball schedule. Host was extremely responsive and understanding of our family demands- allowing us to drop off our stuff a bit early and helping expedite the checkout process with cleaning help! thank you and yay! one of the upstairs beds was a bit wobbly, but other than that, we loved the pool and the hangout areas.

Perfection!

Chucks place was so perfect for our stay. My son was playing at All star village for Cooperstown and his house was 5 minutes from the fields. My kids enjoyed the pool. We had some cute furry visitors. The house was equipped with everything we needed, from toilet paper to a fully stocked spice rack! The whole setup was just perfect for us. My kids enjoyed the downstairs space! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. And the views were just breathtaking!

Perfect place to stay if you're there for Cooperstown All Star Village

Wonderful house to stay in that is 5 minutes from the All-Star Village. We stayed here for a week for my son's tournament with 5 people and had plenty of space. Chuck, the owner is fantastic! He lives in the area so he's there should you need anything and his communication is awesome. The property was cleaned and stocked. Families leave food and other things for the next family which I thought was sweet. We were so busy we didn't get to use the pool, but it was clean and a nice touch. You also can't beat the views! Highly recommend this property if you're needing one in the area.

Great location !

We stayed here while our son was in the Cooperstown All Star Village Tournament. The location was a quick 5 minute drive to All Star Village. There were plenty of local restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The house was was very clean and Chuck was super responsive. The house had everything we needed - towels, TP, basic groceries etc - even had stadium seat cushions, coolers and a pull cart! The view of the mountains was amazing and the pool was super refreshing on hot days. Don’t think twice! This is a great spot with a host who cares for his guests! Thank you again Chuck!

Book this house right now!

We just left and I am literally sitting in the airport writing this review. This is our second summer in a row our son played at All Star Village for Cooperstown. I have to say that I WISH I knew last summer about this house as it made my trip 10000 times better this year. The house is just so perfect….the location….amenities and comfort exceeded my expectations. And yes, it does look like the pictures - even better in my opinion! I stayed on the top floor with my young son (my husband and teen son were not able to make it last minute) and another mom on the team stayed on the first floor. It was perfect for us. We both liked to have a kitchen and not eat out every meal. We had our own washers and dryers too. It was nice to have our own space while spending time together and cooking meals occasionally. We even prepared breakfast burritos for the team before an early morning game. When our games were rained out it was SO NICE to be able to curl up on the couch and watch a movie and enjoy the beautiful views. Our host was more than amazing. I had to have some packages delivered to the house and they were waiting for me upon check in. He was really easy to work with and so accommodating. When my youngest son is ready to book All Star Village in 3 years I know exactly where I want to stay! Thanks again for being a great host and for helping me out with my packages. Truly loved the home and hope to return.
