There are many restaurants just a short walk away including River and Fort, Raintree, Juniper Market, Borillo s pizza, Luli s cupcakes, and Mojos BBQ just to name a few.
This property includes a king size bed, 12 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heat & air, endless hot water on demand, 2 large screen smart TVs and high speed WIFI
Enjoy your own private entry to this upstairs apartment (approx 20 steps) with reserved, on site parking. This property does not have cable TV. The smart TVs have antenna reception which provides a hi def picture and receives all the major networks.
The kitchen does not include a range. There is a built in microwave, toaster oven and a griddle.
Downtown St. Augustine is best navigated on foot. Bicycles are not recommended as there are no safe provisions made for them on the roads or sidewalks.
