Smokerise Cabin is located on 3.5 private, fenced, wooded acres which back up to Smithgall Woods-Dukes Creek Conservation Area (5,600-acre mountain retreat). Smokerise Drive is directly off Hwy 75, a little more than 3 miles from Helen and 4 miles from Cleveland GA. A perfect mix of privacy, cabin-cozy yet so convenient to Helen and surrounding areas.

This veteran-owned, 3 Bedroom and 3 bath cabin offers you a full and relaxing vacation experience. The property is off Hwy 75, yet close to Helen. For those that know of the Babyland attraction (for the kids), it is literally "just around the corner." As for wildlife, it is very likely you will see deer and other "critters" during your visit. We have a winter view of Mt. Yonah's stone face.

The cabin has all the comforts of home and more. You and your guests will get a good night's sleep in the comfortable king or in one of two queen size beds. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. We offer wireless internet, Direct TV, fireplace, Caldera (6) person hot tub, pool table, good shower heads, and a relaxing fire pit for roasting marshmallows.

Smokerise has been delighting renters for for more than 15 years.

Great host and property was listed exactly as it is. It was very clean. It was a girl's weekend (3 of us) and we loved each having our own bedrooms and bathrooms.We plan to come back when we can stay longer!

The cabin was just as advertised it was the perfect place for our weekend in the mountains beautiful property all the amenities inside that a visiting family could desire. The property offered some morning runs along the border beautiful views comfortable interior. More than happy with our stay.

Our host made sure everything we needed was avaliable. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. We had our own space and still had lots of things to do as a group. We will definitely going back to Smoke Rise cabin.

This cabin was located close to Helen but was very private. Everything was clean and the host made it a special place to stay. The hot tub was nice, and the fire pit was easy to get to. The host had a lot of extras there, like corn hole and even a baby gate for the stair. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil you would need, with plenty of flatware, dishes and pots and pans. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home so much. The place is nestled among gorgeous trees in a very pretty neighborhood and has so much to do: pool table, hot tub, big checkers, corn hole, sip coffee and wine on the wrap around porch. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely appointed with unique extras to make the stay more comfortable. Steve, the host, was quick to respond to a few questions and requests. Very close drive to Helen. Would love to visit again some day. Thank you!

Do NOT hesitate to stay here. The cabin is totally equipped, clean and cozy. Has anything you could possibly want and is centrally located to so many things to do. You will not be sorry if you book this one.

We had a great time. The beds were very comfortable. The kids loved playing outside. The proximity to Helen was ideal. Love all the squirrels and deer near the property. Steve was very accommodating and great communication!

Nice wooded grounds, cabin is all wood construction - including beautiful vaulted ceilings. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Away from town(s) but close enough for dinner. I didn't do much cooking but looked fully equipped. The only suggestion I would make is to modernize the lighting, including brighter led bulbs. Comms with host were easy and quick. The Helen/Cleveland area has many nice places for hiking, I liked Yonah Mtn and Smith Creek Falls.

We loved this cabin so much. The beds were really comfortable. The house was clean and had everything we needeed. We especially loved the privacy of the corner lot and the large yard for our dogs to enjoy. The only recommendation I have is adding curtains or blinds to the windows on the main floor. The sun was brutal in the afternoons and, even though the lot is private, I don't like uncovered windows at night. Communication was clear and timely and the checkin process was really smooth.

The Smokerise Cabin is owned by the Fleming Family. The Flemings purchased the property in 2015 after completing a military career with the United States Army. We have been so pleased by the number of quality renters and many military members (present and past) who have appreciated our home the way we do. Come enjoy the North Georgia Mountains in a relaxed setting...you will not be disappointed.

Our place is for those who want to relax and feel like you are staying at someone's home not a rental. We offer a 3 level 3BR & 3BA home on 3.5 wooded fenced acres. It is private, relaxing, comfortable, inviting, easy and convenient to Helen without being in Helen. We are just 3 miles from Helen. This is our home - it is decorated with a warm feel and has it all from slippers to everything a gourmet chef would need. All you have to bring is yourself, clothes, food -- and (of course) a great attitude.
