Three thousand square feet of comfort and beauty on one acre: Great, multiple gathering spaces rich with outdoor vistas and interior eye-candy. Luxurious touches abound, as well as many practical amenities to fulfill your vacation needs and wants.

- Four bedrooms: Two with one King size bed each, one with one Queen size bed and one bedroom with two Queen size beds (one queen size inflatable mattress also available and easily fits in the bedroom with two Queen-sized beds.)
- Three and a half new/ remodeled bathrooms.
- Plentiful seating options.
- Very comfortable beds, down feather pillows and Supima Egyptian cotton sheets.
- Artfully done global travel theme throughout the house. Take pleasure in exploring the details and maps in the Africa, Asia, Europe and North America bedrooms, and more.
-Enviable chef s kitchen with all new appliances, featuring Kitchen Aid range and commercial hood.
-Cable TV, great internet speed

COVID PRECAUTIONS: We have an exceptional house cleaner and she has instructions, and the right products, to disinfect surfaces after each guest beyond a normal cleaning. This includes the most commonly trafficked areas and fixtures such as bathrooms, all door handles and light switches, counter tops and faucets, and more. Linens are being washed in hot water and with chlorine bleach. Our pool is serviced, cleaned and disinfected once a week/each Thursday.

We had a wonderful time staying at this charming house nestled in the Catalina foothills of Tucson, Arizona. Very clean and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Tucson. Beautiful sunsets every evening with a lot of wildlife near the property. Very quiet and stunning views.

Everything about this home was great! The location was perfect. I was able to get my morning runs in the beautiful neighborhood. The pool was inviting and private. The house had everything you could possibly need. With two primary suites, perfect for bigger families. The views are absolutely fantastic. Love this home. Great communication from the owner. Loved everything. Plan to stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable home. My 3 sisters and I stayed here for about a week and really enjoyed the home, the view from the front yard and the pool. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. The bathrooms are great… big showers! And you could probably prepare a Thanksgiving feast in the fully equipped kitchen. We really loved the sunsets from the front yard. We’re from Phoenix where there are good sunsets but these were even better. There is not a single downside to renting this home. We’ll stay here again when in Tucson.

Excellent location and layout. The house is very clean and well stocked for activities and cooking. The heated pool was a hit. We really enjoyed this property.

Wonderful property in a great location

We loved our week at this lovely home. The beds were super comfortable (better than ours at home), the kitchen was fully stocked and the views were stunning. Communication with the host was fast and easy. By far the best VRBO experience that we’ve had.

Absolutely Excellent Property!

I have stayed at a lot of rentals and VRBOs, but this was one of the best ever. Not only was the host great with communication; the property itself was very clean, well appointed, and overall super welcoming to our stay. To make it even better, the view was just amazing. Definitely recommend for your stay in Tucson!

This house is in a great location in the foothills. House worked well for our group. The pool was nicely heated. The city and Catalina views are beautiful.

House was spotless and stocked with everything we could want. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. We spent most of our weekend in the pool which was extremely clean as well!

Best VRBO home yet! Sits on 1 acre with a HUGE pool. Three of the four bathrooms have their own bathroom. The home interior is exquisite - beautiful artwork everywhere - and lots to entertain yourself. Even games and activities for children. The kitchen is a chef's dream! Six gas burners and stocked with every gadget, utensil and appliance that you could want.Sits on a hill, where you can easily enjoy the sunsets.Beds were comfortable, bedding delightful. I would recommend this host and home to anyone who is looking for a delightful retreat. 5 Stars Deborah

Great house and location

We really enjoyed staying here for a week. Beautiful views, great pool and all the amenities we needed. Great hiking and biking right here. The host were great and we’d love to come back someday. Saw many fireworks all around the Tucson area right from the front yard.

We had a lovely time at your well-appointed spacious home with outdoor patios front and back. We enjoyed taking our cocktail out to the front patio at sunset but loved the back patio with pool and lounge area the best! We met my partner's brother and sister-in-law from Oswego, IL (south of Chicago) for a reunion of sorts & filled up our days exploring and shopping around Tucson. Overall, a very successful trip! I highly recommend this home for your Tucson getaway trip in the Catalina Foothills!

Fabulous House, Incredible Views

Stayed for 3 weeks. Loved Tucson, the house, the neighborhood, and the spectacular views from the front and back patios. Pictures are accurate and house is very well stocked. Hope to come again.

Due to a disability I stopped working as a full-time arts administrator/social worker/artist about 11 years ago and through late night surfing I acquired a growing obsession with real estate and the idea of vacation rentals! I purchased this house in Tucson because I spent my lovely early childhood here. Tucson is the ancestral home of my imagination.

What's not to love about the Catalina Foothills and the extraordinary views!? I've experienced blood/sweat/tears, spent lots of money, and have had great fun since buying what was a fixer-upper in 2017. I love all aspects of the vacation rental industry, including designing spaces and decor. For this house I determined I needed a theme and latched into Global Adventures. Each room has a different continent's influence: Asia, Europe, Africa and North America bedrooms; a South American Den; Australia and Antarctica are bathrooms and lastly, a bathroom that's the “Center of the Universe": New York City, of course!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I'm besotted with this house: the views, and places to sit and enjoy them, the great light, the elegant yet very comfortable rooms, the extra large pool, the huge kitchen with new appliances, multiple dining areas and both places to congregate and also to hide out. LOTS of art, And a global theme which is understated (not kitschy!) yet provides a lot of visual candy (and maps!)
