AQUA 1411 has new floors, furniture, décor and paint! In addition, the fully stocked kitchen is ideal for all your favorite meals! Also new to this incredible unit, each bunk bed has their own TV!

All AQUA guests must be pre-registered  to receive Parking Permit(s).  The registration fee is $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es).  This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

Large Spacious Balcony w/ Primary King Bedroom on water with access to the wrap around terrace - King Guest Room 2 has its own balcony overlooking PCB and PIER PARK!

Exquisite interior spaces include spacious living area with beautiful furnishings, an elegant King suite with whirlpool tub/shower combo and double vanity, King guest room with separate glass enclosed shower and vanity, bonus room with bunk beds, kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry with washer and dryer.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. It was just what we were looking for - with easy beach access, and plenty of food and amenities within walking distance. If you want a place to spread out, relax, and enjoy the beach, this is it. The four reserved beach chairs were a GREAT perk!
We had some stunning sunset views from the deck!

Located by everything you need and/or want! The unit was clean and not too high, still giving fabulous views of the crystal clear waters, and truly stunning sunsets. We had up to 4 chairs to use while sunning on the beach, which was a definite plus. The stay was relaxing, exactly what I wanted. Thank you for the hospitality!

It's a very nice condo! Very well cared for and stocked. The location was great too. Only issue was the road noise and there is nothing the owner/property manager can do about that. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen has an updated look, which we loved. We enjoyed the fact that they had games and we played every evening. This is by far one of the nicest condo we have stayed at aqua and would definitely love to stay here again.

A great unit for families. Freshly updated and fully equipped with everything you’d need for a stay at the beach. Our kids loved the built in bunk beds with their own personal TVs as well.

Nice place to stay

Enjoyed stay at Aqua 1411. One note of importance is to go get your beach chair assignment the first day so you get the best chair location. Was some construction going on next door but enjoyed watching them work

Aqua has the best elevators that we have ever used in Panama City

Beautiful apartment and location. Only recommendation would be a larger skillet and griddle. They only have one small skillet for cooking

Great family getaway

The condo is fully equipped with everything you need to stay with children. Just a trip to the grocery store and you’re good for the week. Great communication with all codes needed for your stay. The only thing that could have been better was the weather, and clearly that was under Mother Nature’s control. Overall, we had a great time.

The amenities were great, and the rooms were fantastic, offering an ocean view from both the balcony and the master bedroom. Check-in and management had great communication. Getting the beach chairs was easy, and we always had the same spot. However, the building's location is right on the main drag. The guest room and balcony could hear traffic and the karaoke bar across the street.Just beware of the heavy traffic and karaoke.

We never had an issue or had to wait for an elevator & the property was well kept & clean.The only thing that we found was the living area; kitchen & living room stayed really cool & comfortable, but the bedrooms didn’t cool down. Also, we wished the water pressure in the showers was higher but if you are ok with very light pressure, this won’t be an issue for you.Overall this is a wonderful place & would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and had everything we could need. We had an issue our first day with the ac but management had someone there to fix it within the hour. They were very fast to make sure our issue was handled. The beds were very comfortable and our daughter loved the TVs in the bunk beds! We had a wonderful time and we’re planning on staying here again next year!
