Property was very clean and stocked with nice cooking utensils which is always a problem. Beds were very comfortable. We use VRBO a lot and this was our favorite property yet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was nice and comfy. Access to washer/dryer was very handy! The view was spectacular! Having a deck from each bedroom was a nice surprise. The pool area was well arranged to accommodate the crowd. Nice access to the beach and reserved lounge chairs was a nice bonus! Negative: Elevators will break down BUT no Out of Order signs were posted on several floors. We and other quest wasted much time waiting on elevators that were not coming. When requesting a sign be put on every floor, worker stated signs were only put on floor 1 and 3????

Family time

Great stay with young adult children. Location restaurant choices and activity options were great. Only thing we did not realize is the back two bedrooms had balconies that faced the street and there is karaoke til 10pm. Again not terrible with young adults.

The restaurant across the street predates Aqua and is a local fixture. PCB is known for its lively atmosphere, so being in the heart of it means embracing the fun! Yes, karaoke typically ends by 10 pm, and our quiet time at Aqua begins then, which is earlier than many spots. I wanted to mention that many guests enjoy the karaoke; it's been a part of the area since 1967! We appreciate you noting that it was fine for your family and hope it will be for others as well. Everything you want in PCB

The condo is stunning! We’ve stayed in several places in PCB and we’ve even stayed in Aqua before but this condo being on the East end had all the views East South and West. We were 3 couples so we loved the setup. I would recommend this particular condo.

Where Luxury Meets Coastal Charm

Our weekend getaway at Aqua Condos in Panama City Beach, Florida, was nothing short of spectacular from the moment we arrived. The condo itself was a masterpiece of modern design and comfort. With panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, we were treated to breathtaking sunrises and sunsets right from the comfort of our living room and balcony. Very nice condo

Unit was beautiful and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Only issue was constantly waiting on the elevators and so much noise from the streets below. (We were on the 8th floor). Will pick a quieter area next time.

You cant go wrong with this one!

We just got back from PCB. This is our first time staying at Aqua Condos. The building and common areas of Aqua are beautifully designed, updated, clean and daily mantained. The condo itself is beautiful. Not as big as the pictures lead you to think it is but still a very nice one. Clean, updated and stocked with everything you can need made our stay a great one. Very comfy beds (I wish my own was as comfortable!) even my 10 year old kept raving about how comfy the sofa-bed was. Also Melissa was great to work with. She made herself available anytime we had any questions. Great experience!

It was a bummer that a week or so before our arrival, I was informed of the indoor pool and hot tub would be unavailable. My 16 yr old was extremely sad about this. Our broker fixed us up with another property to enjoy, but little far. But was told the outside pool would still be available and it was not, boo.But otherwise this is my 2nd time to Aqua and would recommend over and over.. Thank you for a great rental..!
