We deeply apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay regarding the missing essentials like toilet paper, dish soap, and sponges. All of our guests should be provided with a starter kit which includes, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel per kitchen, a travel bottle of dish soap and sponge, 1 garbage bag per receptacle, and a dishwasher tab if a dishwasher is available. We do not supply coffee filters in our starter kit, as the model of coffeemakers can vary between the homes we manage. We apologize for the poor water pressure.
