As mentioned, this property is a pet-friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy.



Master Bedroom - King bed, private outdoor access, ensuite bathroom.



Ensuite Bathroom - Vanity, walk-in shower, complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner.



Bedroom 2 - King bed, TV, closet.



Bedroom 3 - Double bed and workspace.



Guest Bathroom - Deep tub for soaking with handheld showerhead, complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner.



Living Room - Comfy couch & chair, large TV, fireplace, ceiling fan.



Kitchen - Granite countertops, 5 burner gas range, stainless steel appliances, farmhouse-style sink, loads of cabinets, counter seating for 2, dining table with seating for 5. Equipped with a blender, toaster, crock pot, baking dish, muffin pans, cookie sheets, baking utensils, pots, pans, roasting pan, insta pot and a pizza pan.

We provide complimentary Dish Network TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for our guests so you'll stay connected and enjoy your favorite shows, news, sports and more.



The enclosed catio with climbing trees for feline friends makes this the perfect vacation home for those traveling with their pets or taking cats on sleepovers from nearby Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.



The outdoor garden is a respite of tranquility and the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or wind down after a day of exploration with a drink. You'll also enjoy sitting on the front porch and taking in the amazing views.



Unique to most vacation rentals here, you'll have access to our 2 car garage to park your vehicles out of the weather.



Guest Access:

Our guests will have full access to the home, 2 car garage, patios and backyard/garden. If booked in conjunction with the main home, guests can also access the casita, Piglet's Place.



Please be aware that this home is on the same property a long term renta. Please be mindful and respectful of their space. Midnight's Manor sits in front of the casita on the back of the property. Still plenty of room for privacy and parking.



The Neighborhood:

Midnight's Manor is in the very quiet, beautiful subdivision of Cedar Heights, nestled near the red rock cliffs.



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
