Enjoy your Southern Utah vacation in a comfortably furnished 4-bedroom home located less than a mile from downtown Kanab. An open kitchen-dining-living room area provides a great place for meals and relaxing after a busy day enjoying Mother Nature. Zion, Bryce, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, the Wave, Glen Canyon Dam/Lake Powell are within easy driving distance. Best Friends animal shelter is available for touring. Kanab has an excellent community pool and splash pad available for the kids during the summer.

Our nightly rate is based on the number of guests. The rate starts at $175 for two guests with an additional $10 for each guest up to eight. This allows couples as well as groups up to 8 to affordably enjoy our wonderful vacation home.

Bryan & Debbie were excellent hosts and checked in to see if all our needs were met throughout our time at their house. The property was lovely- even better than we expected! It has a beautiful interior with a great layout, two bedrooms on one side of the kitchen/living room and two bedrooms on the other side. Wonderful tile bathrooms, super clean everywhere, fluffy white towels, everything you could possibly imagine in terms of kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans to make your own meals. We also appreciated the wide driveway for our two cars, and the hosts said we could park in the garage, although we didn't need to do that. The outdoor seating areas were so well designed. Chairs in two separate locations along the back, a nice grass strip and then the open desert across a field. We saw birds and butterflies feeding in the sunshine and heard coyotes at night. There was a large outdoor table, chairs, fire pit, and grill on another side of the house, with plantings and pavers. And in the front were more chairs and tables. So there are plenty of options for outdoor activity. Someone could have a time of quiet reflection with a cup of tea while others enjoy a gathering around the other side of the house.

The check in process was seamless, the kitchen was very well appointed with everything you might need. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Kanab.

Amazing hosts! They thought of everything you would need to feel right at home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and in new condition. Loving areas are comfortable and functional. Beds are great with high-end linens. Location was great walking distance to town and centrally located for outdoor adventures. Book the trip - you will be delighted, as we were.

We really enjoyed our time at Bryan and Debbie’s house. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a vacation rental. They had helpful tips on places to go and everything was well organized.

Great Location and Home!

The property is very well kept and the house has everything and anything you would need for the week exploring Southern Utah. The owners checked in to let us know they were just a phone call away if we needed anything and to make sure their house for our needs. We hope to return sometime and explore more! The house is also in the perfect location as a home base to checkout much of UT & AZ your no more than 90 mins in any direction away of beautiful excursions and landmarks. Some of our favorites were very close by- Sand Caves and Belly of the Dragon.

Family meet up in Kanab

The house completely met our needs. It was so well furnished, including a gourmet kitchen where we prepared all our meals. The guest information was provided as tips professionally displayed throughout the house. In addition, folders with additional instructions and things to do in the area kept us well informed. The owners checked in with us periodically to ensure there were no problems. We highly recommend this dwelling.

Perfect place to explore!

This property is everything it lists and more! The hosts communicate arrival information in a timely manner and check in to be sure all is well. The home is beautifully decorated and immaculate. It is stocked with everything you need: Detergent, soaps, wraps, coffee filters, etc. A closet filled with books, puzzles, games and misc.supplies is sure to please. The location is perfect to explore southern Utah. The town of Kanab has darling shops and eateries, and the people are very friendly. We were a group of four women traveling to explore nature.We went Coral Pink Sand Dunes Park, Bryce Canyon, Zion, Antelope Canyon, where we used Horseshoe Bend Tours, to see Slot Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Each attraction is unique and a must see. Horseshoe Bend Tours is native run. They did an excellent job! Our deepest thanks to our gracious hosts Deb and Bryan! They deserve a 10 star rating!

Perfect Home Base for Exploring!

This house was amazing!! It was even nicer than the pictures show! Super clean, plenty of space, comfy beds, very well equipped kitchen, nice cozy furniture to relax in the living room...can't think of a single thing that would've made it better. The owners clearly take pride in their home! We explored Zion, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and did an incredible ATV tour through Kanab Tour Company that took us through the gorgeous Utah/Arizona back country and explored Peekaboo Slot Canyon and the Great Chamber. Everything was within an hour drive from the house. We would 100% stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to this area.

Excellent property; Great Location

Wonderful place to stay. The home is clean, well organized, fully stocked with everything one would need or have in their own home. Great location to visit Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. We cooked our meals for the week but there are plenty of resturants to eat in Kanab. The hosts are very responsive, check in was super easy, location is very quiet and private. Vacation homes don’t get any better than this place. We’ll be back.

Beautiful home

This home felt like being at our home. Kitchen was well stocked. Home was decorated so lovely. So appreciate being able to use the washer/dryer and the garage. Quiet neighborhood. Communication with owners was awesome. We certainly would recommend this home to those wishing to take in the sights of the Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion National Parks.

Perfect House & Location

The house was equipped as well as our own home. We were located perfectly for day trips to Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon North Rim. There are also interesting sites within a few miles of Kanab. The town has two grocery stores, a variety of good restaurants and even a liquor store. We ate dinners in most of the time, then sat outside around the firepit and toasted marshmellows. Being four seniors with some walking impairments, we didn't get into heavy hiking, but that shouldn't deter anyone from visiting here. There is plenty to see and do, as well as relaxing in Bryan and Debbie's wonderful home. John, Liz, Bob & Judy

Comfortable & Clean!

We highly recommend this vacation rental! It’s a short distance from the NP’s but quite perfect if you plan to explore them all as it sits perfectly for a short drive to Zion, about and hour and half to North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We also took in the Vermillion Cliffs and Grand Staircase on day trips! Lots to do and a comfortable bed to come back to in the evenings. The house is very well appointed and the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in thus far. Hosts are wonderful! They were quick to respond and helpful with suggestions on markets and restaurants. They have provided guests with a fantastic tourism guide, as well. Thanks so much- Bryan and Debbie!! We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful rental!

My favorite house in Kanab

I can't rave enough about this property! I lived in Kanab for 7 years and return regularly. I've rented a lot of houses here over the years, and have been to rentals of other colleagues. This house is now my favorite! It's a lovely home, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you'll need. The beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. The primary bedroom has some separation from other bedrooms to allow for privacy. Communication with the owners was easy. I'll definitely stay here again!

Spring Break 24

This vacation home was truly perfect in every way. We traveled to Bryce, Zion, Antelope Canyon, Peek a Boo and Pink Coral Sands. We hiked many trails in Kanab as well. This house was conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. Communication with Bryan was excellent. The house was well stocked, very clean and welcoming. They thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again. It’s a 10 star! Thank you!

Perfect family getaway

I can't emphasize enough how wonderful our stay was. These hosts go above and beyond to make sure the house is stocked with everything you need - such great attention to detail. From the stocked kitchen to the little touches in the bathrooms, we were pleasantly surprised around every corner. Also, can't beat the cute Christmas decor. Thanks again!

Having been born and raised in northern Utah, we both have always enjoyed vacationing to southern Utah. When friends of ours moved to Kanab 6 years ago, we fell in love with the location, the weather, the amazing blue sky, and the endless adventures surrounding Kanab.

Built in 2006, this one level home features 10 foot ceilings throughout. The mattresses are in excellent condition and very comfortable. The sofa and love seat are leather Flex-steel with electronic reclining seats. The home has one gigabyte of internet service which will operate all of your devices at the same time. Although the home is in close proximity to downtown Kanab, deer and wild turkeys frequent the field behind the backyard.
