Spacious, upgraded 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes at the Wildflower complex. Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft.

This bright, ground-floor corner unit is all one level with no outside stairs required for entry. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the living room includes a queen sofa bed, a twin rollaway bed, Wi-Fi, 2 flat-screen TVs, and a fireplace with firewood provided.

The remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with cookware and dishware. The upgraded bathroom is also newly remodeled.

Guests enjoy access to Wildflower's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, seasonal heated swimming pool, and multipurpose court (tennis, pickleball, basketball). Laundry facilities are located near the on-site office with QR code instructions on the machines. Outside parking is available.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

A great little stay :)

It was accurate and cute but, we would have loved a little more hospitality with a foundation of coffee and condiment's after driving in a winter storm. A cute stay and pictures are accurate :)

Note that clean on arrival. The vacuum cleaner didn’t work, we had to buy a pan as all the ones in the cupboard were warped, the bed was not comfortable and only a small double. The location is okay but the condo just needs some updating and renovation.

Great location but hard to find when snow 15’ high (no signs visible)

Great location but hard to find when snow 15’ high (no signs visible) & GPS not working. Best to put a flag or something out to label Wildflower Office on the corner. We helped dig out the entrance due to 3-4” snow in entryway but within 2 hrs the crew came to do it.

Overall it suited our purpose. Could use a little care. Ie, the blinds need dusting and some of them need fixing. The cabinet above the microwave needs a screw. The Internet was exceedingly slow but that could have been due to the snow storm. We couldn’t stream a movie we rented on the tv. Had to watch it on a laptop. The condo staff did a nice job clearing the walkways and parking area of the 2 feet of snow that fell the night we arrived. They were also responsive to questions through the app.

Really DIRTY

I’m typically not very picky and usually give 5-star ratings as long as the host demonstrates care for their guests. However, this condo fell far short of acceptable standards. Despite the heavy use of dark brown tones in the decor, the place was extremely dirty—this wasn’t the kind of mess that accumulates overnight. The six dining chairs were so filthy they were unusable (I have photos to prove it). The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, with every spring painfully noticeable. The WiFi was unreliable and painfully slow when it did work. On a positive note, the location is convenient, and the shower has been remodeled, but overall, it’s clear the owner does not care for his guests.

Think Twice

Outdated furniture. Shabby mix match linens. Dirty chocolate brown carpet. Visible dust behind sofa and room corners. Mold in shower. Toilet handle needed jimmying with each flush. Lost TV service and WiFi multiple times.

Thank you for your feedback. We do provide complimentary internet; however we do not guarantee connectivity or speed. You were in Mammoth during a very busy time with lots of internet traffic which slows everything down. The speed of the internet is greatly affected by how many guests are visiting Mammoth at the time of your stay.
