Snowcreek, in the meadow!

Very nice and clean owner managed Snowcreek condo in phase III. Snowcreek is one of the most popular locations in all of Mammoth due to it's quiet/spacious location, views of the Sherwin Mountains, and closeness to Mammoth Creek and meadow. Flat location makes it perfect for easy walks and bike riding right out of the condo.

Sit back and relax in this very open and spacious condo (900 square feet) with an easy to operate pellet stove for those cold/snowy nights. No fumbling with ice cold wood covered in snow that many other condos offer for heat, just simply set the thermostat and let the pellet stove do the rest. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with quality linens. There is a bunk bed in the hallway ideal for children as well as a sofa bed. We framed in another door in the hallway making the bunk beds like they are in their own room.

Many amenities included such as a washer/dryer, soap/shampoo/conditioner/body wash, paper goods, fully stocked kitchen, clean linens and towels. The spa and sauna are just a few steps away. Remodeled fireplace with 4K HDTV. Blu-Ray player and Apple TV also available. Free Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, HULU, Amazon PRIME, and Disney+. Additional TV in bedroom. Walk to the meadow right out the back slider and catch a path to the town loop.

Keypad door locks makes access a breeze (no keys needed). Door codes will be given 1-2 days before your arrival.

Notes on our location: Our condo is at the end of Snowcreek road which is approx 1/2 mile to the closest shuttle (corner of Snowcreek road and Minaret Road). We are a 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge (Chair 15), 7 minute drive to Canyon Lodge, 10-15 minute drive to Main Lodge (like everyone else). We are also about a 5 minute drive to The Village, Vons, and most restaurants.

Important Cancellation Note: If the hwy into Mammoth is closed due to weather during your arrival window, I will credit your stay by the number of nights missed. I will also consider rescheduling/refunding your trip on a case-by-case basis if you ask before you cancel. Otherwise, my cancellation policy will be followed. Thank you.
