Sunrise 51: Pet Friendly & Beautiful Views

Spacious 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic Meadow area. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. Pet-friendly.

This bright corner unit offers vaulted ceilings, large windows, and mountain views. Enter up one flight of outside stairs. The first floor features the primary bedroom with a queen bed and twin rollaway, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and open living room with a queen sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), and access to a private deck.

The loft is open to the living room below by a half wall and includes a twin bed, a set of bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom), and the second full bathroom. An additional flat-screen Smart TV is provided.

Guests enjoy access to Sunrise's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Fun times in Mammoth

Wonderful stay here up in Mammoth. This was our 2nd time here and I’m sure we’ll be back to this complex again. Nice location and our dog loved it too. We’ll be back for sure.

Family Summer trip

Excellent condo, very clean and walking distance from grocery stores and restaurants. Great sunlight and awesome breeze because it's an end unit. Kitchen is clean and well stocked. The only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom is very small. Iy seems a little smaller than a queen. Other than that, this is a great condo in a great location. I would definitely stay again.

Needs Some Updating

The property needs some updating. The downstairs bed needs replacing, the bed linings needs to be replaced and the blinds in front of the sliding door needs to be replaced. Great location and nice enough.

Quintessential Mammoth Condo

Nothing fancy but just like every condo we stayed in as a kid. Great location near Mammoth Creek for walks. Nice view of the mountains.

Great location, BUT.....

Great location, close proximity to pathways and park, beautiful mountain views , perfect for a family vacation BUT I have to warn you the stairs to the loft are quite steep. Not recommended for little kiddos. Upon arrival it looked clean and perfect BUT quickly started noticing the lack of cleanliness not associated with housekeeping services. Don’t get me wrong, the condo itself served its purpose BUT honestly, it can do with a major deep cleaning. I found that the outdated kitchen needed the dirty stained walls and light switches thoroughly cleaned or replaced and painted. The bathrooms were pretty much the same as the kitchen, with the exception of mildew grout. Cobwebs also found their way into corners. The fan light hanging from the cathedral ceiling had plenty of dust atop the blades which from the living room was not apparent BUT from the loft, well, not so appealing. The wooden panel doors also was heavy laden with dust. I’m not critiquing out of pettiness as I understand it is a rental BUT being landlords ourselves there is a certain responsibility in which your rental needs to be maintained in order to have a successful rental business.

Great mountain view.

Nice condo but could use some updating in kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen needs better cooking equipment. Bathrooms were very clean. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Deck has a great view but the deck itself was not inviting. I sat out there frequently regardless. Nice location.
