Sunshine Village 157: Pet Friendly, Centrally Loca

Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located at Sunshine Village in Mammoth Lakes, near the Sierra Star Golf Course and shuttle route to Eagle Lodge. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. Pet-friendly.

This ground-floor unit is all on one level for easy access. The primary bedroom features a king bed and flat-screen Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. A second flat-screen Smart TV is located in the living room, which also offers a wood-burning stove (wood provided), Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing space for meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village's community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

The condo is in a great location. It's in the middle of town and a 30 second walk to the green line shuttle. The bed rooms and bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. The host was very good, even asking to let them know if we got into the unit without any problems.

Great weekend!

The space and setup of the house was great…kids loved the bunk room. Easy to communicate with the owner and very easy check in process as well.

The TV stopped working after the first night, and does not have intuitive remotes, and no instructions how to use them. Maintenance did come out and fix the TV, but there is a mess of wiring behind the TV and the chair which should really be cleaned up and a new system installed, as it is a wiring nightmare. The place is much smaller than it looks in the photos.

Great home base for snowboard weekend

Great location and everything you need for a weekend on the slopes. Appliances are older but function great - really you don’t need much when you’re spending most of your time on the Mtn. Beds were very comfortable! Would stay here again!

the location was great, when we arrived the floors and rugs were not vacuumed as we could feel debris on our feet... we swept and moved the bathroom rugs.

Comfortable Getaway Spot

Great location, at home convenience, very clean and comfortable furniture! Check in/out quick and easy process. Able to contact property management with any immediate concerns and observations or questions. Definitely highly recommend this location!

Great location!

Property is how it’s described in the listing. Bea’s were comfortable. Bathrooms were dated - but workable. Need a new toaster, but the kitchen was stocked with a good amount of pots and pans.

Awesome Location!

Super central location, steps to the bus and very easy to get to the lodges from here. The unit was great, just what we needed for our weekend stay! Has a drip coffee machine, toasters/toaster ovens, they provided firewood, and they provided a shovel. We stayed during the storm and the parking lot was being plowed what seemed like every few hours, it was awesome. They do a lot to make this place desirable, it really was such a comfortable stay!! Also the host was very nice and accommodating. We will absolutely stay again:)

Perfect little place

It was a very nice condo, with new furniture that was very comfortable in the living room. I would have liked the host to have provided a working lighter for a fire and also some games and/or movies and a DVD player. But as for the basics, a comfortable bed, heaters that work, and the location, all was perfect.

There is so much dust under the beds you can choke on it.

This property is probably the oldest and ancient place I have ever stayed at. Their microwave, the stove, toilet seats it’s a complete disaster.

This is a standard condo. If you would like an upgraded condo -- we do have those available and would be happy to help you find just the right fit for your next stay. In the future, please let us know if you have any issues during your stay and we will be delighted to help you. The microwave, stove and toilets are all in good working condition. The pictures on the website display an accurate description of the unit.

Weekend getaway

I didn’t review the check in process (my bad! 😆) and had to call emergency number since we arrived late at night. Property manager was nice enough to come back to the site and assist us with the check in. The master’s bedroom wasn’t that clean (some bottles underneath the bed and some old clothes). I would still come back to this place.

Check in

Door wouldn’t open with code. Manager did send someone to get us in who attempted to fix it, but we were uncomfortable locking it. By the time we got in, it was dark and very cold inside. No one warmed up until the next day. After that it stayed quite comfortable. We would suggest someone turning the heat up before guests arrive.

Comfortable and clean but could use some updating.

Functional for our Mammoth stay. Bathrooms could use some remodeling-the shower head in the tiny master shower was under my chin (I’m 5’6”). There were also slats missing from bedroom blinds so no sleeping in late.

Nice location

Close to ski hill and Grocery stores. The grounds are great with lots of tree views. Easy walk in and out condo. Management goes over and above to make your stay enjoyable.
