This pleasant two bedroom cottage is nestled on a lightly traveled dirt lane. Less than a mile to popular Nantucket sound beaches. Amenities include window air conditioning in both bedrooms, cable TV, and WiFi. Nice size yard with gas grill and enclosed outside shower. There is also an enclosed porch offering additional living and sleep space.

Close attractions and restaurants include Holiday Hill mini golf, The Original Seafood Restaurant, The Oyster Company, Thai Ocha Cafe, Honey Dew Donuts, Chapin's Fish and Chips, Cleat and Anchor, Bandera's, the South Side Cantina, The Dog House, and Woolfie's Coffee and Breakfast Bakery. There are no shortage of options when you rent this home!

Great family rental

Classic cute Cape Cottage with addition for the extra space you need. Spacious kitchen and dining area make for a pleasant stay. Quiet side street with a short walk to views of Swan River.

What a wonderful stay!

The furnishings are very old and well worn. Very limited closet space. The cottage as one small air conditioner. Good for main bedroom only. The rest of house has ceiling fans. We had a very hot week and cottage was hot. Overall it is good rental as the goal is to be out and about.

The house was great even went over what I expected we all fit comfortably there was plenty of room the kitchen was spacious the yard was big enough because we played games in the yard the location was great and the process of checking in and checking out was very easy we had a great week.

Stay in Cape Cod

The house was very nice, spotless except for the frying pans (they were covered in grease).. I have been to the Cape a few times. I just wish that this house was a little closer to shopping, restaurants, (less driving) The Bay was wonderful, nice and close. All and all we had a great time and would certainly go back to the Cape.
