Enjoy this updated South side ''farmhouse'' with a large porch overlooking a big yard. Just 7/10s of a mile to Sea Street Beach. Spacious open floor plan with separate family room with big screen. 1st floor laundry room and 1/2 bath perfect for running in from the beach plus outdoor shower. 1st floor master bedroom with private spa bath. 3 bedrooms and full bath up! Rooms with ceiling fans and/or AC. Free Wi-Fi. Available June thru August.

7/10s of a mile to Sea Street Beach and about a mile to Depot Street Beach and Inman Road Beach, 3 miles to the famous West Dennis Beach. This home provides a great setting for after beach fun or relaxing atmosphere on a rainy day with room for indoor games. Bike/ walk to the beach or Main Street shops. Over an acre of land attached to conservation land with bike path.

Home sleeps up to 11 (queen in master; 1 bedroom up with double, 1 bedroom with twin bunk top and double down; 1 bedroom with futon double and extra twin sleep).

Excellent stay at this property . Hosts were very nice and responsive. Loved how much room there was. Conservation area for walking was right out the door. Tons of parking. Will try to stay there again.

A wonderful stay in Dennis Port

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners were very responsive and considerate, and the kids loved the space in the back yard which felt endless. The house has huge character and lots of room to accommodate a big family. We will definitely try and come back! Thanks for a great property.

Cape Cod Family Vacation

Wonderful home located near beautiful beaches, great restaurants and nearby towns that we love to visit. Loved the size of the yard so our kids could play during down time! Size of the house was more than enough for our party of 5! Perfect proximity to route 6 if we wanted to journey away from the locals! Thank you for a wonderdul stay!

Plenty of room

Everything was made up for us. Plenty of household supplies which was nice. Had all the amenities we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to ice cream and deli. Convenient drive to local restaurants and shops.

Farmhouse near the beach

The farmhouse was in a great location to reach several lovely Dennis beaches. It’s worth buying the $90 beach pass at the town hall if you plan on using the beaches all week. Spacious home and friendly owners. The upper level of the home was very hot, but the lower level cooled off nicely.

Prime location - perfect for families

This house is spacious - lots of room for our two families (enough beds and bathrooms) - it was great having a big dining table, room in the kitchen to cook, a huge backyard, washer/dryer and dishwasher. House is clean and comfortable, with AC. The house is very well located, you can walk to the beach (15-20 minutes), mini golf/ice cream, bakery, pizza place, restaurants, kayak place, etc. Hosts were very nice, they welcomed us when we arrived to give us a tour of the property.

It was a nice older farmhouse. The neighborhood was quiet, and pleasant. Our kids in the upstairs bedrooms noted that their beds were not particularly comfortable. In the primary bedroom, the mattress was too soft for my husband, but I liked it. There was lots of room for our group of nine, which was great. The owners were helpful. One minor quibble - the silverware basket in the dishwasher was missing.

Great time

Large home especially for 3 right off 28 in dennisport. Can walk to beach but easier to drive with many options. Used the grill to cook great fish from swan river fishmarket. Walked thru woods to Woolfies for delicious breakfast sandwiches and baked goods. Well located for restaurants, ice cream, biking. Prompt communication with owners. Short ride to harwichport and chatham. Brought our roku for streaming access. Furnishings are far from modern but everything was clean which is all we cared about. Window ac was sufficient to keep us cool. Wonderful cape week

Old farmhouse in a quiet neighborhood

the property is an old farmhouse in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and flexible. It has a very large yard that borders conserved land. We enjoyed a hen turkey and chicks and one white tail deer browsing apples in the yard. Don't rent thinking high end and modern, but it had everything we needed and accommodated the 6 adults and four children in our party well. Though just off of Route 28 the neighborhood is very quiet. Sitting outside in the evening we heard little other than the noise out kids were making. Beaches and shopping are all with in a 10-15 minute drive.

Family Vaca

This was a wonderful vacation spot for my family and I. The house was super spacious and very comfortable to fit all of us! The house had everything we needed from utensils to cookware! Great location! We were able to walk to Sundae School which is our favorite ice cream spot! We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome home!!

This is my first VRBO experience. The home was beautiful and very clean. Marina made the rental process easy. This trip was so successful that my family and I plan on a return trip and will use this property again.

Nice house with plenty of space

We stayed here with my parents and our five kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The master bathroom with the jacuzzi tub was great. The bedrooms upstairs were spacious and offered more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The bed in the downstairs bedroom had a plastic protective sheet on it that crinkled and slipped every time you moved. I wish that hadn’t been there. The furniture in the room with the TV was not sufficient enough for the number of people we had staying there. We had planned a family movie night and it just wasn’t possible. Upon check in the owners met us at the property. They are very nice and helpful, I just wish the process was different. They also came and stayed in the basement Friday night so they could prepare the property for the next guests on Saturday. Again, very nice people...it just has never happened with any other house we have rented so it made us feel slightly awkward. Also, I think some of the cleaning could have paid attention to some of the finer details a bit more. There were crumbs in the silverware drawers, behind the sink could have been cleaner and just other little things that could have used a little more attention. By the end of our stay there were tiny little ants swarming the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house was really nice and would absolutely go back if the tv room furniture was updated to suit a large family.
