Nice, little house..too bad about the "view" though.
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This was my third time renting tis house. The house itself is great. It has two bathrooms, which is very useful. It also has two mini split AC units, which work really well at cooling the house. The location is within walking distance to four different beaches. Unfortunately since last year, the septic has been updated. So now the back yard is a big mound. I think this is probably a newer zoning regulation for the Cape, since I noticed a lot more of those this year. My guess is that if the septic has to be updated, it has to be done this way. It's unavoidable, but it does take away from the yard. Also since last year, there is an oversized house being built directly across from this cottage. Based on the size of the rest of the houses in the neighborhood, it seems totally unsightly and out of place. Luckily, there wasn't much construction noise. But because the dirt road is so narrow already, the trucks made it tricky to come and go during the day. Again, the house itself is a nice little cottage, and the neighborhood is very quiet. As always, Martha Murray Real Estate was fantastic to deal with. They make everything so easy. So even if I don't rent this particular house again, I'll still be renting with them.
