Comfortable 2 bedroom home (with window ac), sleeping 6, just over a half mile to Haigis Beach. This home offers a welcoming living area and a bonus room for additional space and sleeping with new barn door for privacy. This home has just been refreshed with new paint, dining table, new queen bed mattresses and beachy décor! The home offers an enclosed outdoor shower, outdoor seating and gas grill. Window air conditioning located in each bedroom and the back room.

Close attractions and restaurants include Holiday Hill mini golf, The Original Seafood Restaurant, The Oyster Company, Thai Ocha Cafe,
Honey Dew Donuts, Chapin's Fish and Chips, Cleat and Anchor, Bandera's, the South Side Cantina, The Dog House, and Woolfie's Coffee and Breakfast Bakery. There are no shortage of options when you rent this home!

Wonderful Cottage

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were lucky enough to spend two weeks at 16 Greeneedle Lane. This cottage is close enough to walk to the beach or less than a five minute drive to Haggis Beach, a small beach that I love. The cottage is extremely well appointed down to the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, beach chairs, and a gas grill. Moreover, the cottage was in excellent repair.The neighborhood is a quiet one which for a couple in our sixties was just fine. There are many restaurants nearby as well as perhaps the best fish market you could hope to find. (Swan River Fish).I would recommend this cottage to family and friends without reservation. You can tell a Martha Murray Vacation Rental from the moment you walk in.

It is a very well kept house with updates which I appreciate.The house is close to everything which is why we chose this house to rent. House was better then we expected for the price. I also appreciated the queen beds softness! We never had much trash but it also is a plus that they trash people come twice a week.

NEEDS AC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property and location were great. Enough space for the amount of people we had. The only complaint we had was it says AC, but the only AC is in each BEDROOM - so when the children went to bed or naps, the rest of the house got up to 90 degrees and was awful. A window AC should be added to a window that is not closed off in a bedroom, such as the back room or the front living room so when the bedroom doors are shut when people are sleeping, the rest of the house doesn't bake. It was unbearable in the heat even with the fans blowing, it got really hot.
