Quaint Cape Cod cottage on a lightly traveled dirt road and just 3/10 miles to shared private beach. Dine on the screened porch or el fresco on the 12 x 16 deck equipped with charcoal grill, lawn furniture and picnic table. Other amenities include cable, Wifi, window a/c in each bedroom, flat screen television, microwave and toaster oven.

Conveniently located in Dennisport neighborhood off of Lower County Road. Only .1 mile from shared/private beach at the end of Longell Road or you can walk to Hagis Beach, just .2 mile away.

Special Note: Bathroom has stand up shower only, no bathtub.

Charming Cottage, Perfect Beach Access

This charming two-bedroom home was the ideal base for our beach vacation. It was incredibly convenient to have the shared/private beach access just .3 miles away, making it easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. The cottage itself was comfortable and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

A very relaxing stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was thoroughly clean, it had everything we needed , everything was in good condition. Liked the front yard wooden arm chairs. Really no complaints. The only thing I would add is an umbrella for the deck table. There is a pick nick table in the yard that has an umbrella which is great.

The cottage is on a quiet street, a short distance to the private beach. The cottage is small, but just enough room for the three of us (two adults and a 9-year old). The kitchen was stocked with the appliances we needed (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, toaster oven). There was also a blender, which we didn't need to use. Overall, the place was clean; although, the toaster oven tray hadn't been cleaned, and the BBQ grill had not been emptied of charcoal and ash. There were a few cobwebs in places, which I think could have been taken care of with just a quick flick of a duster. The beach itself is nice. It's small and for residents (or renters) of Longell Street. We had no issues on the beach. The only issue, although of no fault of the owner, is that the beach ends up getting a lot of seaweed. I wouldn't have a problem staying there again.
