Due to liability reasons, our rental agreements state that fires are not permitted on rental properties. This house is not advertised as having a grill or an ice maker. We love your feedback regarding a clothesline and will share this idea with the homeowner! We will have the caretaker clean up the outdoor furniture, as it often gets dirty after being outside all summer. Thank you Ann for sharing this review. We looked at our records to see what was passed to the homeowner. We do have a texting system as well for various inquiries which we used with you prior to check in and even after checking out. The pull chain on the 2nd lamp was replaced a week later thanks for your report. We offer services 7 days at almost all kinds of hours but our resources are used for emergency services to ensure the property is habitable. In the event internet or a light bulb cannot be found, we would follow up on the next business day as stated in the agreement.
