Cheerful and bright 2 bedroom home central air home that sleeps 6. Only .2 miles to West Dennis Beach. Amenities include dishwasher, gas grill, washer/dryer and outside shower. Enjoy outstanding views of the marsh while dining outside, great for birdwatching! Home was recently purchased and updated with new furniture, beds and bed frames, and ceiling fans in bedrooms. Two separate living spaces, important for those "rare" summer rainy days.

Please note: Home has streaming services only.

Nearby restaurants include the Lighthouse Cafe, the Sand Bar, Good Friends Cafe, the Summer Shanty, Paradise Pizza, O'Shea's Olde Inn, and the "don't miss" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

Great visit!

This home was the perfect spot for a week-long vacation for our family of four. The home was updated, well maintained, and very clean. We loved the marsh views, surrounding neighborhoods, and being walking distance to the beach. The management company was very responsive with a couple minor things that came up during our visit. We hope to return in the future!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dear Martha Murray,We would not rent 230 Loring ave. again because of the noisy septic fansin the bedrooms.The house was nice and clean and a good location.Kitchen had only one pot to cook in and no salad bowl.Everyone we talked to were very nice and tried to help us.We would call you again for another rental.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have rented this home numerous times. This year was subpar. Home being sold during our vacation and the owners had removed some basic needs. Arrived on a saturday, which is trash day. We had 2 barrels, one on which was completely full, thus making trash an issue for the entire week. No laundry, which is and was understood, no clothes line ( always had before). No bathmats, 3 forks, 2 steak knives, just basics, bring your own everything. Town came to do septic inspections even though prior to trip I was told the home sale wouldnt impede our vacation. They were there for a 2 hour window. MM did call to let me know, but the time frame was much longer than expected. Landscapers came on a random thursday for 2 hours, again, impeding our enjoyment. The fact is the house is cozy and enjoyable, great outdoor shower, location etc... but for the $$ and the fact that check in is pushed to 4pm ( even though home was empty ALLL day, and check out is 10 Am, your'e essentially paying for 5 days at what averages out to $850/day. Not worth it for what you get. I hope new owners improve and supply more amenities if going to stay at this price point.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is lovely, has a beautiful view from the backyard, and is quite close to the beach. I would have liked to have a washer and dryer, since I was there for 3 weeks; it was very inconvenient to have to pack 3 weeks' worth of clothes.
