Fully equipped home, steps, literally .10 of a mile, from a fabulous private beach. This location is amazing; it is on a no-access road near golf, has great dining options, and has kids' recreational activities. 2018 renovated chef's kitchen with G.E. Cafe appliances, fully equipped with everything you need to create a gourmet meal or make a lobster boil. It has an open-air layout with a family room, dining room, and living room ready for game night. Listen to the ocean on the beautiful deck. Grill and dine al fresco, or lounge watching the birds in the beautifully landscaped yard with abundant hydrangeas. Wonderful outdoor shower. Master suite with full bath (shower only), private deck, and 2 additional bedrooms. Sleeps 6. Nothing to do but unpack and let the sea air relax you.

Our second time at this home, and absolutely not our last. We love the spaciousness, quiet and quick walk to the beach (summer, fall it is *always* beautiful). Also love the easy check-in/out. Janet is an excellent host. Really, we can’t say enough.

Another great stay at this lovely spot. It’s a great house, but for us this is all about the beautiful private beach. Our family of 5 adults was comfortable and happy with everything!

Lovely and Relaxing

As a returning vacationer, we look forward to our stay at this lovely Harwich Port home. Located just steps from the beach, the home is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from town, making for a relaxing getaway.

Fantastic!

The home worked great for us! It was the perfect spot in a quiet neighborhood. Less than 5 minute walk to the private beach and easy drive into town. The home was gorgeous and our 2 year old loves the outdoor shower! We would choose this place again.

Beautiful house right by the beach!

We had a wonderful time! The amazing kitchen which is open to the diving room, living room, and family room areas made for a lovely space! The house is very clean and well-maintained. The owner was responsive and helpful! We enjoyed having the private beach so close! We found the little shops and restaurants of Harwich Port so fun! A perfect cape cod vacation!

Hydrangea Heaven

A comfortable house, clean, well-stocked, nicely decorated, with a new kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The large yard is beautifully landscaped with gorgeous hydrangeas and other plantings, in a quiet neighborhood, an easy walk to a private beach. The owner was responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. We'd rent here again.

Paradise!

This was the perfect home and location for a wonderful Cape getaway. Great location to so many Cape experiences. The house was spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed including a beautiful kitchen and wonderful deck and outdoor space as well as all the beach apparatus you would need. The close, private beach access was perfect and we enjoyed many walks looking for treasures and enjoying the view. The owner was so responsive and receptive. My 6 year old daughter especially enjoyed the “seashell” bedroom with the assortment of books and the little dollhouse. Overall just a fantastic experience!

The only bad thing about this house... is that it's not ours! We loved our stay: the welcoming and spacious layout, the sleek kitchen, comfortable furniture at every turn, birds in the beautiful yard, the quiet & privacy, and (of course) proximity to the beach. It was a treat every single day to walk down the path to the ocean. Janet is also the ideal host: thoughtful, friendly and responsive from start to finish. Thank you again for opening up your beautiful home. You made our summer!

Perfect family vacation property

The property far exceeded all of our expectations. The expansive gourmet kitchen is connected to the dinning room and two great rooms enabling our family to do different things but still be around everyone. Master bedroom has a private deck accessed by a sliding door. Very private and great for viewing the many foxes chasing rabbits. Other two bedrooms were fine. The yards are professionally manicured with beautiful flowers. Tons of beach chairs, beach towels, games, bikes, beach games and more. Second deck off the kitchen was quite large and has appropriate furniture. Hammock is a nice touch. Summary, we would absolutely recommend the property and will come back next year.

Family Fun

My family, including my two young children (4 and 1), stayed at this property, and we would highly recommend it. The location is wonderful, a very short walk to the beach,. We loved the layout of the house, which includes a smaller TV room off the kitchen and a larger living room towards the front of the house. The TV room was far away from the bedrooms which was great for the kids to play in during their very very VERY early morning wake-ups. The living room has a huge coffee table that was perfect for putting together puzzles and playing with the enormous collection of board games at the house (so many memories from my childhood - Mouse Trap, Connect Four, Don't Break the Ice!!). Beautiful large backyard and deck., and on a nice, quiet, private street. We made so many wonderful summer memories here with our kiddos. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Perfect summer getaway minutes walking from a beautiful sandy beach

Our family had a wonderful week staying at this amazing house in Harwich Port, conveniently located off the beaten path yet close to everything at the same time. It has all the creature comfort we ever wanted in a summer house. The kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities, including a wide variety of seasonings for at-home cooking. The coffee-and-expresso machine was incredibly convenient for our daily use. The house comes with 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and clean linens. It was wonderful to see a closet full of bath and beach towels. The private beach was a short walk from the house; kids really enjoyed swimming in the ocean. We went biking a couple of times, once around the rail trail nearby, then drove to P Town to ride around the sand dunes. We brought 4 bikes; our daughter got to use one of the bikes from the garage. Our kids rated this as one of the most comfortable stays and they are picky!

We lucked out!

We booked this trip last minute and for the only 3 days left that were available in the season. No wonder it was almost fully booked! We have 4 kids (2, 4, 7, & 8) and it’s rare that we have enough room on vacation, but we had more than we needed. We had our 2 year old sleeping in a pack and play in the main bedroom, and the other kids had their own space. The space is clean to my high standards, we enjoyed the secret passage to the beach. It was nice to only have to walk a few house lengths to the trail so the kids could run safely to the beach. We were less than a 10 min drive to downtown with lots of restaurant options, as well as many food options closer by. Theres chairs, beach toys, and toys/games inside. The kids felt really at home when there was a hatch nightlight in their room; we forgot theirs! Janet was responsive and helpful. The house is has a nice layout, with the bedrooms separate from the common areas. I could go on and on, but just know if you book you will not be disappointed. I hope we get to stay again in the future!

This property has it all. The interior is conducive to privacy and family time. The exterior has lots of room for play, fun, or just lounging. The beach is beyond beautiful and great for walking, swimming, and it couldn't be much closer. The water is warm during summer because of the Gulf Stream. The neighborhood is very desirable. In addition, there are bikes, beach chairs, floats, and beach toys available for your use.
