This oceanfront property has incredible views from the roof top deck, and beautiful ocean views from the living room. The house has 3 bedrooms, with one in the lower level with a shower bath. Renovated kitchen. Access to a shared private beach is just a 100 foot stroll down the boardwalk. Mini split ac in living room, along with each bedroom having a window ac. Features include wood floors, wireless internet, a brand new 65 inch flatscreen TV and a gas grill. There's also a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, deck with patio table and chairs, grill and chaise lounges.

Close distance to many restaurants including the Sailing Cow, the Dog house (amazing fish taco's), Joey's Pizza, Cleat and Anchor, Bandera's and Chapin's Fish and Chips.

Great location

Nice central location with a nice view decent house plenty of room eat at the sailing cow which is within walking distance

Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and well stocked.The air conditioning was could and the needs were comfortable.The rooftop deck was an added plus.Unfortunately, the beach disappears at high tide and there isn't a yard. But there are two public beaches within walking distance.

Great location with rooftop deck

Overall had a good stay. The weather wasn't the greatest but we made the best of it. The rooftop deck is the highlight of the house for sure. Plenty of space for my family decent kitchen and 65 inch TV was a plus Great view of the ocean from the living room. Id stay again.

The house itself is spacious with all the amenities including a rooftop deck with amazing views. It was very quiet providing all the ocean sounds one can expect being oceanfront.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a place where we didn’t have to haul a lot of stuff down a street to go to the beach and this was perfect. We literally had to walk right out our back door. It made it easy to go down to the beach a few times during the day and walking back to the house was very convenient. We had one minor issue and that was taken care of right away. We are from Calif and want to go every other year to the East Coast and hope we can get this house again.

Beautiful week in September

Main floor of house was just right for us. Beach was small; gone at high tide, but no problem as high tide was in the afternoon & an hour later every day. Local rental agents helpful/excellent. Only issues were: (1) living area AC needed servicing, & (2) lower level was miserable (2 adults slept there). Dark, damp & musty & no useable closet. Free-standing AC/dehumidifier not working properly down there; but, to be fair, we didn’t call agent about it except to request batteries for its remote. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

Please never hesitate to let us know when there are issues- we could have gotten you situated for a much more comfortable stay while you were here! We hope to see you again next year.

Another great stay on Old Wharf Rd

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year renting at this great location. We love this property and the details are all accurate in the listing. It's listed as 'partial ocean view' because there is another house in front, but honestly- it feels like you are right there, you'll hear the waves crash all night. We rent as a family of four and have plenty of space. The kitchen is not fancy, but its big enough to prepare meals and has everything we'd need- including some kid friendly dishes.You also have access to a two car garage which was super handy to store our bikes and any beach stuff during rain. There are plenty of sand toys in the garage and if you are tight on space, don't bring your own- they'll be something there for you.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting in this area for many years and have stayed in multiple homes and have enjoyed each stay. The location of this rental was great (although, at high tide there was no beach as the water came right to the wall). However, for the price of this rental I feel it really needed updating. While we were there the toilet in the lower level stopped working and was leaking. A window in the main bathroom upstairs literally fell out of the house onto the street! The house overall had a musty smell as well. We would love to rent again but unfortunately would not rent this particular property again.
