First floor has bedroom #1 with queen bed plus TV; #2 bedroom with 2 twin beds . full bathroom with shower ; formal living room , two sofas & cocktail table. Perfect for entertaining!
The first floor plan also offers a great bar area for entertaining ; a washer/dryer unit; half bath and a enormous new kitchen showcasing a farmhouse kitchen table and sitting area .
The second floor houses a full bathroom; #3 bedroom with queen bed with TV; #4 bedroom with king bed .
The newly redone family room is on a third level, with a separate entrance, bedroom with queen bed & full bath, a beverage center with refrigerator, sofa and TV with cable, and bar style granite table for dining or drink.
House included linens, pillows, blankets, beach chairs, . Outdoors there are two patios, an enclosed outdoor shower ( hot/cold) a BBQ gas grill, a picnic table, drink table, 6 Adirondack chairs and plenty of parking. This property has central heat & air conditioning.
It is also 2 minutes from Princess Beach (on Scargo Lake, its conservation trails, & Scargo Tower) 2 minutes from Dennis Village, Cape Cod Playhouse, Cinema and Museum, Antique and Art Shops, Restaurants, Ice cream shops and historic Route 6A. This property is perfect for golfing fans, spouses, family reunions, or two family rentals or just a family who wants lots of space! It sleeps 8 people comfortably.
Did we mention the golf courses?? Less then 2 miles from Dennis Highland Golf Course, slightly more for Dennis Pines ( public courses), 3 miles to Kings Way....

Everything about this house is inviting and perfect for a large group -- from the fully stocked kitchen area to the multiple gathering areas and relaxing bedrooms -- the owners provide everything you'll need for a comfortable vacation. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Family Reunion

The house was spacious and beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was amazing-- totally stocked with everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

This house was great for a larger family! We had 9 people and each group had their own space and was still able to spend a ton of time together. They had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to borrow and it was just the most idyllic house! They were very responsive, communicative and helpful would definitely come back!

Stay for a wedding

Fabulous property!

The house is absolutely stunning, and well appointed. Plenty of space to spread out, or be all together. Great proximity to beaches, restaurants and a darling market in the city of Dennis. Would definitely book this house again when we come to the Cape.

Everything was perfect!

Joe is a fantastic host and he spared no detail in the design of the home. If you think the photos of the property look great, know that it’s even better in person. Location is quiet and private and centrally located on the Cape.

We spent week away at the Cape at this wonderful location. Everything was very clean. It is less than 10min from Mayflower beach. Trash pickup happened early and on the expected days. Definitely will visit again.

Great House!!

We had a great stay at Scargo Vista!! We had a group of 8 adults with 3 small children with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is a highlight of the house - fully stocked (even had martini AND margarita glasses), dining for 10, gas fireplace and spacious. The bedrooms were clean, beautifully decorated and had comfortable beds. The grounds were beautiful, including a firepit and the location had a view of the ocean (binoculars provided!) and was close to Dennis center. I would highly recommend a stay at Scargo Vista and look forward to returning soon!

Highly recommend

We visited with our friends - in total we had 4 kids ranging in age from 22 months to 9 years old. The house was perfect; plenty of space for everyone. Great entertainment space both inside and out. The house was very clean and the hosts were fantastic! Cannot recommend this enough.

Wonderful!

We stayed her for a week for a family wedding. This property surpassed all of our expectations and was perfect! It had more than enough room for large gatherings and to host guests overnight. The owner was very responsive to questions within minutes,even bringing us an ironing board immediately when needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who would like a lovely place to stay with a group. We loved it!

Top Notch Rental

Where does one begin, this house is just top notch! You walk in and and your vacation begins. The house has all the amenities and more; so comfortable and serene. Joe, was amazing, when something came up or you had questions, he was there. Truly, I can't say enough about this home and Joe. If you're looking for a place to relax and vacation with your family . This is the house to rent.

Another great stay!

We've repeated another wonderful vacation with friends in this roomy and beautiful newer home. It's one of our favorite go-to places in the fall. The kitchen area has lots of windows and is huge and open, with a large kitchen island + stools, a dining table for 10-12 people, and another sitting area. Six adults had plenty of space to be together (or not!) while cooking and board-gaming, and the rest of the downstairs area has smaller group seating areas to pursue individual interests. We took advantage of the outdoor stone patio with dining table/seating (and grill) during the warmer days. The bedrooms are beautiful and private, and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. We made use of the fire pit in the afternoons to stretch outdoor time. Our host, Joe, was great as always!

Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! There were 6 of us, and we all found it relaxing and spacious, both inside and out. There was room/space to spread out, do different things (or nothing !), and then regroup at the end of the day to make dinner together in the very large kitchen/dining space with plenty of seating. The outside has beautiful distant water views, and the area was perfect. We took advantage of the continued good weather (took walks on local trails, went to the beach on mild days, and explored local shops). This well-kept property also has two outdoor patio areas, again, plenty of seating, and a fire pit. The host, Joe, was wonderful and quick to respond to an inquiry we had. A great experience all around!

PERFECTION

We just returned from Scargo Vista and it was as wonderful the second time around! We are very grateful to Joe for opening his beautiful home to those of us who don’t own a home on the cape but enjoy vacationing there. Everything about this house is top notch and the location cannot compare with other homes we’ve rented in the past. We love the privacy and seclusion it offers along with how quiet and peaceful it is. It is so convenient to everything and very easy to get to anywhere on the cape. My little grandchildren absolutely loved our first visit which is why I rented it again. As we were leaving today my grandson asked if we would be returning to NAWNEE’S HOLIDAY HOUSE soon? Lol If Joe will have us, WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK ❤️

So much room!

If you’re looking for big accommodations, this is it! There were 6 adults and 2 children (3yrs and 7yrs) and we had so much room. The end of the building that looks like a barn is where a very large kitchen is. The farmers table is long with 8 chairs. The center island is L shaped with 4 swivel chairs. 2 love seats with recliners in both in a corner. Big screen tv over fireplace. This is where we hung out all the time. It’s massive! Plenty of beds for everyone plus 3 full baths and a half bath so no one had to wait for showers. Great outdoor shower for when you get back from the beach. The house is endless for space. The air conditioning was very good. No window units like so many other rentals. I’m a stickler about that. My whole family loves this house. All hardwood floors, so no musty smell. Yes there are a lot of stairs, but even my daughter with a broken ankle and using a walker managed. Location if fabulous. We stay in Dennis because of Mayflower Beach which is where we always took our 3 daughters when they were little. Now our two grandsons enjoy it. It’s near 6A with ice cream nearby, a market where we bought everything. Very quiet neighborhood. We will be back, I hope, soon. Thank you, Joseph, for letting us stay in this beautiful home.

1.5 Miles to Chapin Beach , Mayflower Beach & Corporation Beach they are the most finest beaches in Dennis.
The neighborhood is quiet amazing views of Cape Cod Bay as well as Scargo Lake are visible and the Historic Village is just two minutes away!
