Rustic Contemporary Cottage in Quiet Setting - near downtown (3-night min.)

Recently remodeled separate cottage on property of owner occupied house in quiet natural setting. 420 sq. ft. Two rooms plus bath. One or two guests. No pets / Non-smoking. Parking available for one car only. Near Lafayette Reservoir and easy access to CA-24. Convenient to Orinda and Lafayette BART stations. Internet. Nightly rate: As listed plus 9.5% sales tax. Minimum 3-night stay.

"We loved our week-long stay in Joe and Georgia's guest house. finding them to be warm, engaging, and generous in their hospitality. The space is welcoming and comfortable, modern, clean, and spacious. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the freeway, shops and restaurants close by. The setting is beautiful, with lovely views into the garden and surrounding trees. We slept very comfortably in the adjacent twin beds. The kitchen is well-equipped and modern, as is the bathroom. A high level of effort and consideration by Joe and Georgia has been made -- which will reward all who visit. We highly recommend it!
