A wonderful repeat stay- clean, quiet and relaxing. We were in town for a wedding and the location was convenient to all the places we needed to be. Anna is a thoughtful host with all the amenities you could need. We can’t wait to stay again!

My family (siblings/spouses) went down to Nashville to support our brother (he had open heart surgery at Vanderbilt Hospital). It is a lovely apartment. The set up is a bit different, though. My bedroom required walking through a second bedroom to access the restroom, kitchen, etc. It would be perfect if you are travelling with your children. Do take note, the appartment is on the second floor so all of your luggage will need to be hefted up and down. The neighborhood is quiet and seems very safe, although you do hear sirens occasionally -- to be expected since the home is relatively close to the hospital.It was especially nice to have living space where we could gather as a family for meals, playing cards, etc. We are all very thankful to have this home environment during such a stressful time for our family. Thank you so much!

If you’re considering this home for your trip to Nashville - book it :) The home and neighborhood are beautiful, the location is fantastic, you’re so close to everything Nashville has to offer. We stayed for a week in August ( a family of four ) and felt so comfortable and at home. Everything you could need during your stay is available and all the details and decor in the home have been thoughtfully curated. Thank you so much for an incredible stay, we hope to return one day!

Perfect Stay

This space was perfect for our quick trip to Nashville! While it is technically an apartment, the space is huge! We traveled 2 adults, a toddler, and an infant and didn’t feel cramped a bit. Everything was just as pictured/described, the linens were luxuriously soft, and it was perfectly located for everything we planned to do. We would certainly opt to stay here again!

Absolutely perfect location and home

We loved everything about this home - it was so clean, the location couldn’t have been better ( we got plenty of walks in) and it was just lovely to be in. The home had everything you could ask for and Anna was incredibly responsive. We had two kids and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own alone time. We’d love to come back!

Fantastic Location!

We came for a wedding but also enjoyed lots of Nashville’s music, food and sights. Our stay was nicely located for all. Loved having lots of space and amenities in our VRBO!

Attention to Detail

I stayed with my son and two daughters. The accomodations were comfortable and private. The hosts provide extra touches like nice toiletries, fluffy comforters, and a kitchen you can actually cook in.

Floor plan explanation

This unit is nicely appointed in a very nice house. It worked pretty will for our family. However, it is an unusual layout. There is no primary bedroom. The room which is kinda set up as primary requires you walk through the living room to get to bathroom. To get to other bedroom, you must walk through the third bedroom. Kitchen and dining are not near the living room. All nice, but weird. Not great for couples. It is a great location and nicely furnished.

Baseball Weekend

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Location was great. The immediate area was so charming, we went on walks to see the lovely houses and gardens. 100% recommend, communication with owner was especially quick and helpful.

Vanderbilt Graduation

Wonderful place to stay! Very nice, clean, roomy, safe and comfortable. Considering the stress of hosting graduation parties at restaurants we had never been to, plus tornadoes and flooding throughout the area, we had the perfect, cutest, and most relaxing place to stay. It made everything we needed to do not only possible, but easy! Thank you, Anna! You have a lovely place, and were the perfect host!

Quiet and Comfy

This charming apartment and quiet neighborhood was fabulous! I most appreciated the cleanliness of the rental. There were no fragrances or artificial scents. With this being the height of pollen season, I didn't even have allergy issues. The neighborhood is quiet - almost too quiet for this city girl. If you stay here, then prepare for the birds to wake you, at the crack of dawn, like you're an animated princess of a fairy tale. The host's communication was spot on. I received easy, detailed and clear instructions for checking in and out. Thank you, Anna, for a fantastic stay!

So much better than a hotel for travel sports!

This property was perfect for our family of five. We were in town for a 3 day swim meet. The home exceeded our expectations in every way. The layout let us enjoy family time and the fantastic kitchen made healthy meals easy for our athletes. Anna was a fantastic host. We will definitely book again.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment!

We spent six nights in this lovely rental. It was so spacious, with very comfy beds, lots of amenities and a great location. It is up a flight of stairs which should be considered in choosing this rental.

First Trip to Nashville

The apartment was so lovely, much bigger than the Vrbo pics. Neighborhood was quiet which is what we wanted, but close enough to drive to downtown. Wifi was down one night out of 6 nights but Anna was very responsive. We would here book again!
