LEGACY VILLAS AT LA QUINTA:
Architecture: Legacy Villas (like it's neighbor, La Quinta Resort & Club®) features Spanish hacienda architecture with smooth, white stucco walls, blue shutters, and barrel-rolled Spanish tile roofs. The community is built between 2005 and 2008.

Location: Legacy Villas sits in a dramatic cove of the Santa Rosa Mountains, just North of the historic La Quinta Resort & Club®.

Pools/Spas: Legacy Villas has 12 salt-water pools (incl. 3 at the Clubhouse) & 11 salt-water spas (incl. 2 at the Clubhouse)

Resert-Style Grounds. There are 19 fountains, wide walking paseos, Ruby Red Grapefruit Trees (ripening in January), and well-maintained landscaping.

Clubhouse: The Legacy Villas Clubhouse features resort-style pools/spas, a water splash kids play area, resort-style cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, meeting rooms, and the Legacy Grille (open high season weekends for breakfasts, lunches and frozen treats).

Security: Gates are guarded 24-hours each day for increased security.

Activities: Convenient for many activities in the Coachella Valley: HITS Thermal, PGA's Q School (every other year), Palm Springs Film Festival, Humana Challenge (PGA), BNP Parabas OPEN (Indian Wells) ATP Tennis Tournament, La Quinta Arts Festival, Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, Indian Wells Art Festival, and many, many other activities including fine dining, shopping, golf, tennis, hiking, biking, and hot air ballooning.

Taxes & Cleaning Fees. Rental Rates (below) do not include 10% TOT Tax (City of La Quinta) and a $175 Move-Out Cleaning Fee. Additional cleanings available.
$100 fee for rearranging the furniture (indoors or out).

CANCELLATION FEE: $125/booking if before 60 days,

RESERVATION DEPOSITS: $500 if reservation is 6 months or more in the future. Reservation Deposits are refundable subject to Cancellation fee up until 60 days before the beginning of your stay. Payments in full must be made not less than 60 days prior to your arrival, or reservation may be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

CANCELLATION FEE: $125 for cancellations 60 days from date of arrival. Nonrefundable within 60 days of arrival.
