2BR Legacy Villas condo with resort pool, hot tub, WiFi & kitchen

Hello Ariel, Please let me start by apologizing for the difficulty you experienced during your stay. Our guests happiness is our top priority and I'm sorry that we were not able to provide a seamless weekend for you. Regrettably, when you called the emergency line our on-call agent did not have very good cell phone reception and was only getting pieces of what you were trying to say. She understood you were having trouble with the doors, so she sent our field agent over, and asked that you please tell him any issues you were experiencing so that he could assist you. Upon his arrival, it looked as though the left door was working perfectly, but you may have been having some trouble with the technology for the Shlage electronic lock. I understand that the door to the right was not working with the code you had for the left door, however, it was still able to be secured with the deadbolt from the inside. Since nothing was mentioned to him about bird waste or bugs, and our office was not notified until after your departure, we were not able to address those concerns for you. We would have been more than happy to send out the cleaners and an exterminator. This home does receive routine pest control service, but we were sure to get them back out for an additional spray after we learned of your experience. Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong - some preventable and some not, but one of our core values is to provide immediate service recovery when issues do arise. We hope that you'll give us the chance to show you a real "Royale" experience in the future. ~ Royale Vacation Rentals Team
