We will consider requests for ADULT dogs up to 100 lbs. who are CRATE-TRAINED and will be crated when unsupervised. Dogs must be at least 1 year old and on a flea/tick prevention program. Guests are expected to pick up after their pet in the yard. Scroll down to the "House Policies" section for info we need for pet stay requests.

Pet friendly THIS AWAY is a 900 SF cabin that sleeps 4 guests. There's a full bed on the first floor bedroom and a king bed in the large open loft. The smaller end of the loft features a private desk area if you have some work to take care of while on vacation and an arcade table for gaming. Each level of the cabin has a full bath and the bathroom in the loft features a jetted tub, perfect for a quiet soak. Both sleeping spaces feature a 32" flat screen smart TV for streaming your faves!

If you need fast, reliable internet, THIS AWAY offers Spectrum high speed internet. You can connect to all your favorite apps, stream movies or Facetime with family back home without fear of overage charges or slow service.

While you're on vacation, your dog can have a great time, too.

From the front porch, you can see the nearby stocked catch-and-release fishing pond. Even if you're not a fisherman, it s fun to sit by the water and watch the fish and turtles swim by. Or if you prefer to relax IN the water, try the hot tub on the covered porch. It's a newer hot tub in excellent condition and features a cover lift. No having to drag a bulky hot tub cover off and on.

The living area has a sofa and recliner (not pictured) And the gas fireplace is a snap to light. Just turn the switch for up to 60 minutes of flames. No worries if you fall asleep in front of the 42" flat screen TV since the fireplace will turn itself off. The gas fireplace is available Oct. 1 to March 31.

Stretch your vacation budget the easy way. The eat-in kitchen is well equipped and features all the items you'd expect: standard coffeemaker, Keurig, toaster, blender, microwave and ice maker in the freezer. Enjoy breakfast on the front deck. Or pack a picnic for a midday hike. For dinner, pick up some charcoal and grill out at the cabin.

This Away welcomes adult dogs up to 100 pounds. Sorry--no puppies, kittens or cats. The pet stay fee is $125.00 plus tax and is charged PER PET. We appreciate any supporting details so we can determine if you pet is a good fit for the cabin. We may be able to consider two dogs. Dogs must be experienced travelers. Absolutely no confining of pets to the bedroom or bathroom.
